Buy your pizza elsewhere and save yourself some frustration, time and money. We have ordered from Papa John's for quite some time now. In the last few months they have gotten terrible at doing their job. Take a look at the attached pictures and read the label on the side of the box. You can see that all of the ingredients were placed on the entire pizza and NOT like it was ordered or even labeled. We called to let them know and the response that was given when we asked for the manager was "I am the manager what can I help you with "? When we explained the problem with the pizza she replied. "I personally made that pizza and I know that I made it correctly ". We sent her a picture of it and she said sorry I'll give you all credit for your next pizza ". A week or so later we ordered again and advised the person on the other end that we have a credit for a free pizza based on the earlier issues. When the pizza arrived it was wrong again. All the toppings on all the pizza. Only one person could eat again. We called and this time a different lady answered and said that she was the manager (names were Dani and the second time Brixie) and believe it or not she said the exact same thing as the first lady "I personally made that pizza and I know that I made it correctly ". What's the chances that it was worded exactly the same way? She was very rude, I told my wife that we would just not order from anymore. She apparently heard me and just hung up on us. So we decided that we will never order from them again. They could care less about customer service. They seem to never get the order correct. Pizza Hut and Domino's are the places getting our business...

I called the store the manager at the time was very apologetic to me and said that next time it would be on them. Perfect so I saved it for a later date. Well today was that day 1-27-2021 @6:26pm called the store to place my order. I proceeded to ask for a manager to take care of my needs. Got a manager on the phone and they said I had a credit for 2 pizzas that I ordered. Well I did not want to order the same pizza because of the bad experience so we ordered regular pizza. I was then proceeded to be informed that I had to pay for the delivery fee. Ok fine. I’ll pick it up I stated. Then the so called manager put me on hold again this time talking to someone else giving my number. Now the statement is that the pizza I’m wanting cost more than the pizza I ordered the first time. First time I ordered stuffed crust and other stuff. This time I ordered a thin crust hamburger regular pizza but apparently it cost more. So now I’m paying 15$ for a pizza that they messed up originally. Not honoring making it right. The pizza they sent me this time is not correct either and they did not even bring cheese or peppers when requested. The manager this time “ was no help to me at all and just gave me excuses. I will not return to this store at all. Domino’s and Pizza Hut at least honor their mistakes and will make it right by all means Necessary advice do not go...
Read moreThis was the worst experience and worst customer service i have ever experienced. I ordered curb side pick up. That never happened. Waited over one hour and 45 minutes for my pizza. Got their and waited another 48 minutes. I am sick and paid a tip to bring out to vehicle. This never happened. I finally went inside. They handed me the pizza. I looked and it was wrong. Only cheese. The manager got mad at me and then stated you all need to select pepperoni . I informed her that the only option that came up was sauce and crust. She again referred to me as you all.very disrespectful .she then stated i can refund your money or you can wait 2 more hours for another one. So the choice was obvious.
