Panda Express — Restaurant in Midland

I’m frustrated to say the least. I’ve been wanting some Panda Express lately as it sounded great. Yet I can’t seem to get any. Yesterday I went by the drive through, after waiting for a long period of time and beginning to lose hope the vehicles start to move. Finally my turn and they tell me the drive through is closed and only the inside is available. I was upset for sure. I had a car full of kids, no chance I was going inside. So Today I decide I’m going to call ahead so I don’t get there and get upset again. It rings and rings then prompted to nobody answering it hangs up. I call again. Someone finally picks up. I ask if the drive through is open today and they say they are completely closed today…..it’s a Saturday. I just simply said Ok and hung up. I’ve tried, like I have really tried with this location but what the heck is going on here? First time, wrong food was given and had to drive back for the correct order. Second time, missed items and out of sauce for the Rangoons. I mean something seriously...

For some reason this location doesn't bother to provide any of the mixed vegetables. If you want it you have to wait 5 minutes to have it made up fresh. I'm ok with this, because I'd rather have it fresh anyway. This trip I waited long past 5 minutes, then the line built up and 15 minutes passed before I could get the counter person's system. I told them it was over 15 minutes and when they asked the cook for the vegetables they were sitting on the counter getting cold. Like what, did he think they asked him to make a special vegetable order for fun? Finally got my food 20 minutes after ordering. It was ok, normal Panda Express fare which is ho-hum at best but it was edible. They don't bother to make unsweetened tea either, so as a person who doesn't do sugar Or diet soda my choice was water. The quality of the food has really gone downhill. It seems they are not making the recipes correctly because the last couple times I have gone, they barely put any chicken in the entrees. I love the taste of the black pepper chicken and they have started putting so much celery and onions that I literally got 3 chunks of chicken in the whole entree. As I am aware that some entrees you order will have vegetables, there should never be more vegetables than meat when ordering an entree. I guarantee they’re not doing he correct portions in their recipes because there should never be a full section of the box still completely full after picking out the meat.
