Creative 360 — Attraction in Midland

I’m not exactly sure what went wrong but I would not suggest booking this place for your child’s birthday. I had called and booked months in advance and paid a decent price just to have her birthday here. This is my first year doing a destination birthday usually they are just at home. We were super excited to have it here, since my daughter is an artist and that’s all she does 24/7. It was not even ten minutes in to her craft, which I thought was a canvas painting but it turned out to be just a super small cheap craft. Which is completely fine. The kids were loving every minute of it! So to me that’s what matters. The kids tho were treated so rude, anytime they asked anything the person doing our craft which turns out to be the owner which shocks me even more would snap back at them and treat them like she would rather be doing anything in the world other than be there. Which is interesting considering, on the website she claims everyone will be cherished, and have a fun experience to craft. I am truly disappointed in how we were treated. We were quiet, I came to set up the party 20 minutes in advance even vacuumed and cleaned afterwords. It got so bad I had to pull her aside and just please be friendly to the kids I worked so hard to pull this off as a mother dealing with outside worldly costs. I wanted to love this place so much even recommended friends to check it out but now I’m so shocked we were treated that bad and now I have to have that memory. I just wouldn’t suggest having children parties here. I normally wouldn’t leave a review either but I truly could not get the sour taste from the memory of having to feel completely unwelcomed after my daughter was looking forward to this...

We recently had my daughter's 8th birthday party at Creative 360. We were so happy with the experience from beginning to end! The women I spoke with on the phone to plan the party, get details, and help come up with a theme were so patient and kind. The day of the party was so easy for us. When we got there we were given time and space to set up some activities, food, and dessert. As the party guests arrived they got the kids started with their painting activity right away. The leader of the painting gave individual attention to each girl, gave options to personalize their painting, and was extremely patient and warm towards them all. The girls were all so into the activity the room was silent at some times. Everyone was so happy with the final product they got to take home. Afterwards, they checked in with us in the party room as we did food, games and dessert and let us take our time. I would like to congratulate Creative 360 for their highly successful Animals in Art Exhibition that ends on Feb 11. The event was very organized and the layout for their new building was perfect for such an event. The quality of the art was outstanding and the opening event was very well attended.
