I have never written a google review before, but I felt my experience here warranted discussing it with people who are thinking of shopping with this jeweler. From my perspective, and the perspective of multiple other jewelers, Jason at JD Jewlers took advantage of me. I bought an engagement ring from him. After looking at prices online, Jason convinced me that I was getting a good deal. I bought the ring and months later my fiancé cut things off with me. I brought my ring back to Jason and he wanted nothing to do with it. Would not offer me anything, which I thought was fine at the. He already got his money on this ring and maybe wasn't in the business of reselling. Going to other jewelers though, it became clear, he did not want anything to do with the ring because he had way over charged me initially. The other jewelers I had talked to had similar rings, almost identical, for half of the price. Of course I am at fault for not shopping around more, so I do not blame my position now on Jason. However, I do think it speaks to his integrity and how he treats customers that he was willing to take advantage of someone who did not...

I had a great experience with JD Jewelers as a first time customer. I originally went there to meet a seller from Facebook Marketplace, looking to purchase what I thought was a pink stone ring that was originally designed at JD Jewelers. It turned out to look mostly green in natural lighting so I passed. Dave, however, overheard my conversation and asked what I was in the market for. I showed him my engagement ring and said I was looking for something pink instead to match my style a bit more. He suggested I buy a pink diamond to have put in my original ring...then I would have the pink I was looking for but also my original ring and the sentiment that goes along with it. I did not know that was even an option so I was very excited. He ordered both a pink diamond and a pink sapphire for me to look at. Not professional and will not be coming back. Went to get a small diamond on my wedding ring fixed and when I picked it up, they handed my ring back with a diamond missing. Seriously?! They looked at me like it was my fault and told me it must have fallen out in the 2 minutes it took me to walk and get into my car. Also, had them appraise my ring and they did not do it correct. It is a certified diamond and they gave it all incorrect clarity and color ratings. I went back and had them fix the appraisal and again, they kept acting like I was a huge inconvenience - even though they are the ones that did not do it correct. There are many other jewelers out there that have more professionalism and treat their customers better - very disappointed in the service I was given and how they handled...
