Coffee Chaos — Restaurant in Midland

I cut back on my visits because money was tight. Recently I started stopping by more often. The final product has been lacking in quality, one drink was so bad I turned around and went back through the drive thru to get a new one. The seasonal apple drink they offer tasted like some kind of metal. I find that if I stick to the small size, the flavors are more on point, but a medium is always off in some way. I asked for a Carmel apple last time... It didn't even have a "hint' of caramel. The girl at the window wouldn't let me order until I answered her never ending and constant questions. All of which would have been answered if she allowed me to just order. Too many very young kids working there. I watched a kid try to open a bottle of syrup, it took him over 5 minutes to figure it out while walking around and talking to other workers. I'm going to get my free drinks I've earned, but then I think I'm done..which is sad, because they used to be my favorite. first time here. service was quick and to the point! i received my iced latte less than five minutes after placing my order, which was impressive given the usual wait time at other coffee shops in the city is between five to ten minutes. i wasn't too impressed with my drink, though, as it pretty much just tasted like flavored milk, and it was kind of off-putting but not terrible enough to immediately throw it out; i gave it away instead and they enjoyed the taste. i prefer stronger coffee flavors. the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, though, so im willing to give this place another shot! ill just order something...

The only thing missing is you; this place has all the feels of nostalgia that middle-Americana has to offer with all the amenities of modern coffee for the same price as your local breakfast eatery. The BAGELS are scrumptious and will leave you wanting more, the lemony-poppyseed muffins have so much pop-‘n’-crunch that you’ll think you never had the real-thing before. I LOVE THIS PLACE ALREADY AND IT’S ONLY MY FIRST TIME; THE STAFF SHOWS CARE & COMFORT GIVING IT A MORE ‘FAMILY FEEL’ than YOUR BIG-NAME COFFEE SHOP, SO YOU’LL ALWAYS FEEL LIKE YOU’RE GETTING YOUR COFFEE FROM SOMEONE YOU KNOW RATHER THAN AN EMPLOYEE!!...
