The HoneyBaked Ham Company and Cafe — Restaurant in Midland

I received a ham that wasn’t as fresh tasting as the ham usually is. I came back in today exchange a ham after speaking with a manager advising me to do so. A young lady there gave me a smaller ham than what I paid for - even after reviewing my order confirmation. When questioned why, she stated I ate some of the ham. How else would you know the ham wasn’t tasting appropriately without tasting it? I was nice, respectful and clearly communicated the problem and that the manager told me to bring it back to exchange. The lady that helped me was extremely disrespectful and rude - especially on the eve of Thanksgiving. Then proceeded to throw extra slices of ham in my bag to account for the shortage. Honey Baked Hams are not cheap. Then to receive subpar customer service from a team member is unacceptable at this location. I expect this to be addressed and rectified to prevent recurrence...

Had it for the first time ever today. The food was really good. A bit pricy for what you get. I am also concerned about the older lady who rung up my order. We took a long time to decide, as we had never been there. We stood off to the side as not to block the register. She kept whispering to another lady who worked there. It sounded like she was talking about people. A bit cringe. The other employee wasn't responding to her and eventually walked away - smart lady! We will go again, and hopefully not experience that older...

You don't have to get a large portion so it's a great place to get something on the go...we just grab a small tray of meat when out shopping in Midland or traveling.
