I received a ham that wasn’t as fresh tasting as the ham usually is. I came back in today exchange a ham after speaking with a manager advising me to do so. A young lady there gave me a smaller ham than what I paid for - even after reviewing my order confirmation. When questioned why, she stated I ate some of the ham. How else would you know the ham wasn’t tasting appropriately without tasting it? I was nice, respectful and clearly communicated the problem and that the manager told me to bring it back to exchange. The lady that helped me was extremely disrespectful and rude - especially on the eve of Thanksgiving. Then proceeded to throw extra slices of ham in my bag to account for the shortage. Honey Baked Hams are not cheap. Then to receive subpar customer service from a team member is unacceptable at this location. I expect this to be addressed and rectified to prevent recurrence...

We took a long time to decide, as we had never been there. We stood off to the side as not to block the register. She kept whispering to another lady who worked there.
