Discount Tire — Attraction in Midland

Made an appointment to patch a tire (this was non-urgent as the puncture was extremely slow-leaking). The staff noticed another patch (one that has held up beautifully for a year) and insisted on new tires or spare. The staff, despite my many requests to patch and place non-spare back on (and then eventually to forego the patch and place tire back on altogether) refused, even though they didn’t even carry the tire I needed. The staff did not listen to my request and did not place tools used back in their place within my vehicle. Thus said, upon arriving home, my local and trusted shop patched the tire, placed the spare back, and ordered four new tires upon MY request, not theirs, due to mileage maintenance. I do not recommend using this Discount Tire, and I especially do not recommend if you are a woman/mother. It was clear that the majority of the clientele were men and would have probably been listened to. All in all, the customers should get to make decisions on their vehicle and tires rather than be forced into...

We have been going to Discount Tire Company for several years now. We always get our tires there. As most who read these reviews know, we live in oilfield country. So best thing to do is set an appointment. Now , I made a mistake and tried a different tire company. Pay $50.00 now and pay weekly or monthly. I needed rims for my commercial truck and because I had 90 days to pay I got them. I paid them off in 3 weeks. Anyhow I needed them to look at my tires and they told me that they were out of warranty. So had to buy new tires. Those were the front 2. Then the 4 rear ones went out to. Needless to say, I'll never use them again..... Thank you Justin general manager and thank you Troy for really helping us out here at This is Built in America LLC....this year we have bought plenty of tires for our trailers and trucks. You treat us as though we were a million dollar company.... thank you. Thank you...

This is my 2nd visit. Technically my 3rd. I was called yesterday to come in and they would "slide (me) in and get the wheels put on real quick." After arriving within 10 minutes and waiting 48 minutes I was told it would be at least another hour before they would get it in the shop. Told them I'd be back in the a.m. I arrived this a.m at 830. After hearing them tell another customer (@947) their vehicle would be ready in an 1 hr or so, I asked when mine would be pulled in to the shop. The guy (mgr) who checked it in asked, "Has it been checked in?" He answered himself that it had been. At 951 he advised me that he himself has now pulled it into the shop and will be done "shortly." I think I've been more than patient. This is and was your 2nd and last chance Discount Tire. 10:00 and counting..1037 and now being told the wheels are scratched and won't be put on. Complete...
