I’ve always loved Kringles — it’s such a charming store with wonderful and unique ornaments, and I’ve enjoyed shopping there for years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing.
I had my eye on a darling Christmas Santa mailbox displayed at the front of the store. When I asked the cashier if it was for sale, she told me it was $500 and just needed to be pulled from the warehouse. I decided to wait and called several times over the next week to confirm before making the drive, but no one ever returned my calls or emails.
After a week of trying, I finally decided to make the one-hour drive to purchase it, only to be told when I arrived that the mailbox couldn’t be sold and that there were no others in the warehouse — in fact, it was the only one they ever had. When I explained that I had been told otherwise, I was told that it was the owner’s granddaughter who had given me that information and that she “didn’t know what she was doing.”
I left feeling very upset and disappointed — not only because of the long drive, but because of the lack of communication and customer service. I truly hope the store improves in this area, as I’ve always loved Kringles and would love to continue shopping there...

Now, if that isn’t Christmas, I don’t...

She could have just politely inform us the store was closed. We thought this was extremely rude. She came back out while we were still standing there, ignored us, but informed another lady (not so kindly) that the store was closed… at least she saved her the embarrassment of trying to open a...
