I was really excited for the opening of Harvest in Midway, especially since I’ve always had great experiences at the Park City location. After waiting over a year for it to open, I finally had a Saturday off and decided to walk over to check it out. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by a few aspects of the visit. First, I was surprised to find that there’s no outdoor waitstaff, which took away from the outdoor dining experience I was looking forward to. Additionally, I was hoping to grab a takeout order and sit outside at least, but apparently, that’s not an option either. It’s a shame because the location is beautiful, and I was really excited to enjoy a meal there. I understand that new restaurants can take time to settle in, but these limitations really affected the overall experience. I left feeling like it wasn’t the kind of dining experience I had been hoping for, and as much as I wanted to support this new location, I’m not sure I’ll be back unless there are some changes. I hope they consider making some adjustments to better meet the needs of their customers, especially in such a beautiful location. I’m still a fan of the Park City Harvest, and I hope the Midway spot can live up to those same standards...

My favorite dishes so far are the Chicken Laksa Soup and BLTA, plus I've never been disappointed by any of their daily specials.
If you order anything with toast or served on bread, you're in for a treat - they use incredible sourdough from Hawk and Sparrow. Make sure to get the homemade strawberry jam and fresh butter - it tastes like European butter and is absolutely divine.
The space itself is beautifully decorated both inside and out, creating this peaceful oasis that's perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of a busy day....

Our kids loved their open chicken salad sandwiches and chocolate milk, and we enjoyed the Vietnamese sandwich and salmon wellness bowl, everything was fresh and delicious. The interior is beautifully designed, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and there’s even a beautiful overlook outside when sitting toward the back of the restaurant.
That said, our server hovered over our shoulder while we were adding the tip, which was awkward. Also, $4 to add two slices of bacon and $4 to add half an avocado to our sandwich felt overpriced for those items.
Some small adjustments could make the experience...
