1. They don’t not personal report to your credit but can print off a payment history..
2. I purchased a brand new love seat and L shaped sectional when we received it we saw some boards hanging underneath I didn’t think anything of it but I still called to have it fixed in August 2023 we never got a call back then the holidays came so we forgot I called back in December 2023 sent in picture to manager of the store I confirmed he received my picture on his email and he let me know he would call back after they review them never got a call back.
3.January 2024! I call again they said send pictures I said I have and they said we get SO MANY EMAILS send it to us again, I did I also call the same day to a 1-800 for a customer store complaint the regional manager called the same day and I send him an email to he responded that one is under warranty but the love is paid off but since I have record of my emails they said they can do it. A third party Penski truck picked it up February 12.
3.we wait 24 hours to hear an update the store said they have no idea since it’s a third party fixing our furniture on Feb 21 the same third party came and said please check the couch before I unload and good thing it was not our couch it was in worse condition and had pillows which we kept our so I could have them steam cleaned! I said I refuse and the driver leaves I am now on hold to be contacted by the regional manager again.
I just want what I paid for and the service included. I’m 66% paid off on my sectional but I will not be doing business with them again
Once I get my couch or any resolution I’m paying off and never looking back!

Ordered a washer/dryer set and fridge on 3/19. Said 2-3 day express delivery. Then I call the next day to set up delivery, was told wouldn't be till 3/28. On 3/23, they confirm some information with my mom (the leasee). They told us to call to schedule the next day. I went ahead and called on 3/24. The earliest they have is Wednesday the 26th 3-7p. I told them to call my phone and have them my number since it was my house it was being delivered to. He confirmed they would call my phone when on the way. Comes Wednesday. I'm waiting by the phone and no call. 5:30 comes and my mom tells me that she thinks Aaron's called her. I call the number, goes to voicemail. It texts me and asks who I am. We confirm and they tell me they have to reschedule even though it's only 5:45. I call the store and tell them what he said. "Earliest" they have is Friday the 28th from 11-3. I once again tell them to call me since it's my house and I'll be the one home. Comes yesterday, I find it they text my mom a rude text about it we want the washer, dryer and fridge or not. Lightest knock on the door, it's them. We get it delivered, but they tell us they forgot our dryer vent and they'll bring it once they finish other deliveries. 6:15 comes, I call and ask if they're bringing it today or tomorrow. They said it was too late and they've gone home. They told me to get it today 3/29. This store has poor customer service, doesn't listen, and is rude. Would recommend people to steer clear.

Prob one of the worst ran stores in the country. Hard to believe that these guys are still even open. There’s no communication at all with anyone that works there. They are lazy and don’t want to do there job. Everyone in Midwest city should avoid this place at all cost. Do not shop here guys. This is how they left my garage after dropping off a loaner that don’t work. Also may I add when they dropped off my loaner and hooked it up they left water dripping out of the hoses at the hooks up and left without saying anything just up and left.

4/30/25 - we terminated our lease early and had a brand new set delivered by Lowe’s the next day before Aaron’s could collect their garbage. YES I would rather pay another $1200 to a whole new company than give another penny to Aaron’s. 7yAbsolutely do not recommend this location. I have bought an entire house worth of furniture through Aarons at a different location on south side but when I moved I chose this location to buy a new chair as a gift back in January of 2017. I had been making my monthly payments on it until December when I got my Christmas bonus.
