Taco Bell — Restaurant in Midwest City

Im not sure if this staff realizes theyre working at a taco bell. Parking lot empty and only me in the drive thru! Uncooked chalupa shells. I mean when are they ever fully cooked but these may as well been gorditas. I didn't eat them. Thankfully I got 2 soft tacos I didn't order. I asked for sauce on the side of my pizza. It was on it. Last 2 trips no tomatoes were even on the pizzas. But they made it onto my chalupas I ask for no tomatoes on. I order dr pepper and diet dr pepper and was given 2 dr peppers. I asked for the same last trip and I was given 2 diet pepsis! I never have or would order Pepsi! It was even rang in correctly on the recipt. I don't drink cola of any type! This time I must have ordered it due to the attitude I got when I asked to correct the drinks! Come to find out the MOD is the one with the attitude. She walks away from me when confronted with the issue. I will not return to this store. Apparently having customers at this location is a problem for the employees. Not one to complain but this situation needs to be fixed at this store or just shut it down like kfc did down the street. It's only a matter of time before it happens at this rate anyways! I do thank the previous employees for a solid 30yr run of somewhat acceptable service 😂 shame to see my local store...

Food is mediocre at best every visit at this location. Which is weird because they have quadrupled in price almost every item is 6+ dollars after tax the least these people can do is try and make our food with a little compassion. Service is god awful the cashier working at 9pm on 10/16/24 was rude as hell. Didnt greet at the order taking box and said “order when ready” and then asked me “what else” after every item i order (ordered 3 things btw) did NOT ask if i wanted sauce at the end of my orde i had to ask for my total and also had to ask if i can pull up to the paying window because she neglected to even ask if i was done ordering or to pull forward (sat in silence for 30 seconds) asked for hot sauce after i had gotten my food face to face and she gives me mild out of pettyness. This type of behavior would have NEVER slid when i worked as a taco bell cashier. I would have been fired for treating paying customers like that. Disgusting. I went through the Drive thru and placed my order, I set at the window for 5 minutes and then was asked to pull around to the front of the store and park in the fire lane and was told someone would bring my food out to me. After waiting in the fire lane for almost another 15 minutes, I went inside to get my food. I was told my order was knocked off the screen and they didn't know it was there. I asked them how that was possible since there were only me and another car in the Drive thru and 1 customer inside. The manager walked out and was doing something under the front counter, and when I said something to her she just looked at me and walked away. After all this, they still didn't get my order right. This isn't the 1st issue I've had at this store, it's just the 1st time I have posted anything about.
