I never expect a military discount but when a place ask, it's nice to receive one. The issue I have is I get asked if I'm military because they see my Id and they say they give a military discount. This has happened several times already in the past. We always order the 12 tacos for $15.99. This is the normal selling price. Recently, they started telling me they can't give double discounts and that the "computer" won't allow the #1 with military discount. It's not a double discount when your normal selling price is $15.99. So basically every customer gets a discount. A discount shouldn't have limitations unless it is truly a special discounted price at an abnormal selling price. I now check my total every time. I wonder how many military have been charged more because of this and don't even realize. It is cheaper to pay for the #1 price then it is to get a "military discount." All I ask is fix the situation. I doubt very seriously that you are selling the #1, 2 , or 3 cheaper then cost if you give a military discount. Not asking you to give food away, but when you say you give a military discount, there should be no limitation. I understand that the #1 tacos are sold a little cheaper but that's given when alot is ordered so the profit is still in place. Every business gives a lower price when buying quantity. Please don't respond saying its being sold cheaper when the profit is the same if not more. Giving the military discount does not effect your profit when...
Read moreI shared a 5 star review forever ago... but im gonna have to change that to a three. Twice now I've came and had to come back through. It's frustrating when it's simple things - like being repeated the order and it being whatever they felt like putting on the food. I ordered a nacho the other day, I had to keep saying NO NOT ON THE SIDE for every single thing that came on them... I said please just make it like the photo please - I get a ton of separate containers because I can assemble a nacho while I am on a 30 min break or driving, makes sense. I still love Taco Casa so I come back again - I ask for a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and sauce.. I get lettuce sour cream.. so gross. I did not ask for that.. at all. I HATE complaining, especially when I originally gave such an amazing review - but do better. I will say this, they've always been friendly...but these two times not one apology, got the window shut on me when I was asked a question, and all I did was give the receipt and explain what was wrong with the orders so I could get the right things and move along. Poor service really dictates returning customers.
Underrated!!!! I think everyone should eat tacos from here lol. Always yummy, filled to the max, great...
Read moreThis makes 3 times in 2 months that i have ordered the taco lites & they dont put sour cream on the taco lites. So check your order . I wouldn't have thought to check until i heard someone yell out of sour cream. Smh
The tacos 5 months later they dont give you a full taco. They give you more lettuce & cheese or on another visit i had little meat & hardly any lettuce. See photo of the sorry looking taco.I'm not exactly sure what is going on with this location Taco Casa. But within the last month they are half feeling or tacos. I literally have been to this location three times within the last month at each time the tacos are half filled. They barely have cheese in them and little to no lettuce. OThis is not the taco Casa's exception that usually fill your tacos. I mean your tacos are costing you a dollar seventy-five. Some taco Lights cost you $3.09 but its a fried flour taco shell so it taste like a bomb taco salad in taco form. The taco lites come packed with ingredients. No complaints. My go to taco. Well after the 3rd visit I let the...
