Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa — Attraction in Mill Creek

I’ve been going to Hand and Stone Massage for a few years now, and I have to say that the massages are amazing! The staff there really know what they are doing, and even throughout the pandemic everyone has been very welcoming. Angelica gives FANTASTIC massages - I highly recommend her to anyone needing a good massage. At the front desk though, it is Maddie who I have found to be incredible. She is very professional and kind, both in person and over the phone. Even when it gets busy in the reception area, she retains a positive demeanor and a good attitude. And although the staff are still wearing masks for the most part, there was one day where I did see Maddie’s smile. I tell you, the last few appointments have been scheduled during very sunny days. But that smile of Maddie’s radiates a light that challenges the sun, and that is something I truly appreciate. Why? Well, the past couple years with COVID haven’t been easy, and so when we go into a place of business, one smile can change the whole experience. That was the case at Hand and Stone Massage. I had my first prenatal massage at Hand & Stone Massage on Friday. It was a beautiful experience as well as relaxing. From the moment I stepped into the reception area, I thought to myself “wow, this is beautiful & clean” the atmosphere gave me spa vibes immediately. I loved the selection of products they had as well like dermalogica, I didn’t buy a product. But, I will next time if I get a facial. The receptionist were amazing as well. They knew who I was as soon as I walked in. They knew my name without me saying it. I think it was the belly that gave it away. They were extremely friendly & personable. My massage therapist was Nick. He was super awesome and made me feel comfortable. I was a bit nervous at first. But, we broke through that pretty quick with our chats. He did an amazing job on my back that has been killing me since I’ve been pregnant. I’m going to see him again when gets back from vacation. Thanks Nick!

I highly recommend Hand & Stone Massage. You won’t be disappointed. If I could recommend anything, I would say chocolate peppermints on the pillow for the hungry...

I have had some average massages in 2 different locations in 2 different States with the Hand and Stone spas. The spa itself is nice, average looking, nothing mind-blowing about it- nice, clean, welcoming, professional. Just like any other service of this sort, it's really about who you end up with 1 on 1 and how the job is done.

That being said, back to Genesis. She is a lovely young lady, who carries some serious strength in her petite frame and arms! She pays incredible attention to detail, and is, thus far, probably the best massage I have had in the US. The massages in Bali and Thailand may have been a notch above this, but not by much. So, if you fancy yourself a truly great massage, call up this spa and book with Genesis. You may have to wait for a few weeks as she is incredibly popular and in constant demand, but it's worth it!
