I have to agree with Will a couple reviews down... I came here as a doordash driver for an order and it was very late. But the thing that upset me was that the entire staff was moving very slow and talking and joking as they had one person slowly making the order. After an employee said “We just had a huge rush it should be another 10 minutes” I responded with “It doesn’t help that you guys are working so lackadaisically” which was true but also I can understand how that’s a provocative thing to say. What I didn’t understand was the employee working telling me to shut up and saying “Big man needs his nachos” making fun of my weight. This took me by surprise..... I then tried to call and talk to the manager on duty after leaving and she was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. So I went in to the restaurant to talk about this encounter. They continued to be rude and the same employee that made the comment about my weight was punching his hand as if to threaten me. As the other employees teamed up on me and were extremely unprofessional and actually told me to leave and called the police on me and made a huge ordeal in front of the entire staff. Then a week later I got assigned to pick up a doordash order from this qdoba. I went in and was treated like a criminal. The same manager that hung up on me the first time stared at me as I left the store and continued to tell an employee some thing as she pointed at my car and glared at me. At this point I feel harassed. This is absolutely outrageous. As a doordash driver we are disrespected so much. But this was the only time I’ve felt physically threatened by the staff and scared for my safety and the safety of my car. This store needs to be either boycotted by the community or completely restaffed. I am disgusted that this store is still supported by...
Read moreMill creek qdoba is hands down the cheapest and unethically operated franchise I've ever seen. Prices keep going up and the portion size is truly pathetic. Have experienced this downturn first hand over the last year. Please see my attached photo. I am not a big person and I put my hand in the photo to illustrate how incredibly small burritos are at this location. The guy making my food actually thought he put too much meat on and I actually watched him take meat back off my burrito after he had put it on. The burritos here are by far the smallest of any qdoba I've personally ever been to. This is terrible and should not be accepted by anyone reading this. Plus myself and three others all together asked for chicken and the guy said ok. Prepped our food only to then tell us all they were out of chicken. We either had to pay more as the only meat "they had" was more money then chicken or get nothing. Dirty unethical location. Will be sending this experience to qdoba Corp. Should not be allowed to operate this way. Do not expect anything you get to look like the photos they post. Most all photo are qdoba stock photos. Love to actually get a burrito that looks like those...
Read moreI came in during dinner rush a few nights ago and it’s crazy! You can see all of the workers hard at work and the line is kept moving as best as possible. Once I got up to the counter there were about 50 online orders and more kept printing. I liked how they ran the place, do a group of costumers then a group of online orders, this kept the line going and you can tell that the costumers didn’t have to wait to long and the delivery drivers often didn’t have to wait for the food to be made. The people behind the counter helped with suggestions and pointed out how all of the salsas were listed on the glass so my kid could see how spicy each salsa would be and even gave us a side of one to see if she would like it for next time. The people that night (I believe Thursday) deserve a raise. There was nothing out of stock and there was a person who looked like he was constantly cooking or getting something from the back to keep everything stocked. I honestly don’t know how they do it, I would lose it after...
