Gets the job done 100% without the extraneous bells and whistles that aren't important to me like at some other facilities that charge a lot more for services I don't value.
I booked the 90 minute full body massage for 70$ (in the public space) because a little noise and shared space doesn't bother me. If you want private room it is 80$.
The public space: I was greeted by Danny who escorted me to the ground level table where it was clean, comfy and had a peaceful atmosphere and light to create the ambiance any person would enjoy. I dipped my feet into a small tub of hot water then laid on my back where Danny began to massage my head. I just went with the flow and allowed him to guide me and enjoyed the blissfulness of the massage. Once in a while I'll hear the melodic piano music in the background and the cool air blowing about and feel glad I am under the warm towels.
I requested for Danny because I had read that he was great and he really did impress me and allowed my body to feel rejuvenated and healed in many ways that I wasn't expecting. I am a rock climber and also use my hands a lot for my work and have lower back injuries/strain and it felt like Danny was just in tuned to my body and knew where to work on and be attentive towards. Ive had many massages in the past from different countries and facilities and his technique and work felt really unique and applicable at the same time. I happily gave him a large tip to show my appreciation. Thank you for your hard laborious work and for helping my muscles relax and feel much better after!
I just told a handful of my friends about Danny and this awesome gem of a place and will be coming back when my body is aching again!
Came back January 1 2022 and had the best session for 90 minutes with David!!!
Make sure you bring cash for tips or the masseuse/masseur wonāt get the money til later. My bad! But I will definitely come back more and bring my family...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis review is for our first time. We were referred here by an aunt of mines. My husband has been dealing with really agonizing, lower back pain for about 3 going on 4 months now. He's done a lot of recommended stretches, used the foam rollers, iced, iced and heating, I've massaged it the best I could with icy hot and tiger balm, my aunt was able to relieve some pain, EVEN went to the ER, but still the pain bothered him. So my aunt recommended we try this place and ask for Tony. Tony doesn't work Wednesdays but since he's had this pain for so long, we decided to just take anyone they had available. When I called Trustan(might've misspelled it, sorry) sounded friendly. They do accept walk-ins however they can't guarantee how long you'll wait. Fortunate for us Leo was available. Address was accurate and Maps led us right there. Parking wasn't an issue, it's in a plaza, there is a Starbucks nearby. Their signage looked fancy. Inside is quiet, and has a serene vibe. We paid before he got the massage. I waited in their waiting area, couch was comfy, and an hour later my husband comes out looking brighter. It's a couple of hours after his massage and he's still feeling good, he needed someone with strength and knowledge of what they're doing. He feels like he needs and would like to return a couple more times to rid the pain completely. Also while I was waiting, I saw about 10 people who came in, asked for their person and went right on in to get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām super upset about my most recent experiences. I have been coming here for years and never had an issue the prior 20+ times Iāve been here, on the contrary I always fell asleep during my massages. As of the most recent two visits, I have noticed that regardless of the āplease be quietā signs posted everywhere, their own workers donāt follow that. The whole entire 60 minute massage I heard loud chatter, yelling and laughing (that even drowned out the relaxing music they play) which ruins the whole experience. If Iām not speaking for most of us, we come here to relax whether itās been due to a long day or an overdue relaxing session/a quiet space to relax.
Not even before starting my massage I had requested that they turn the soothing sounds up to drown out their talking but seemed as though they began talking louder after that.. what once was my favorite place to go is no longer.
Aside the fact that the receptionist was very pushy on the payment method and having me tip prior to me even walking to the back just because I was paying with card.
Unsure if they changed ownership but I did not have a pleasant experience. The massage couldāve been a 10/10 but due to the noise levels it turned out...
