When I went to the store to return the $6.99, 4-pack rotten mangoes, the Vietnamese cashier started yelling at me, telling me produce items are non-returnable. Even after I already explained that I did not eat it, and some of the rotten half of the mangoes we accidentally threw away because in Milpitas, we throw compost in a separate thrash container, the cashier kept talking VERY RUDELY in her native Vietnamese language. I told her that she was very RUDE, and I'm NOT GOING BACK to Ocean to buy groceries ever again. Do better, Ocean Supermarket. These are hard times! Giving $6.99 back to the customer's account is the right thing to do when your merchandise is rotten. Third, if the store Manager doesn't want customers to buy only a few bananas; then he should have a sign displayed saying that. I am going to find out where I can make a complaint ...
