Food: They serve solid fried snacks. Nothing particularly stands out, but they often have sales on certain items, and the prices are competitive compared to other snack and boba places nearby. For example, popcorn chicken here is around $8, while similar spots charge closer to $10.

Service: It’s mostly self-service with the kiosk ordering. The only interaction with staff is when you pick up your order.

Atmosphere: The vibe is a bit like a compact cafeteria kitchen. It wasn’t very busy on a weekday evening. This place seems more geared towards takeout.

Live across the street from location. Went in the other day to try it out since it is new. Prices are ok but service was not. They just kept going in the back and never told me my food was ready even though I was standing there, pearl drinks were watered down from all the ice melting aince it was sitting so long. Had to wait forever to get a text ping to pick it up. Will be interesting to see if this location lasts. I swear every few years the store changes in this location, especially when they don't have the customer service. I order weekly from burrito express and walk next door because the service has been amazing there...

I loved being there. I didn't know what to order, but I was helped to decide on a watermelon smoothie. I am very picky because I am diabetic and can't eat too much sugar.

I wasn't satisfied with my drink but I still paid and walked away. That's when the owner ran out to tell me she refunded the order. I was shocked by the store's character to run out, and I decided to come back to order one more because I loved this store's honesty, character, and customer service. I will be coming back. It's a brand new shop and I recommend you come and enjoy the drinks and food.
