In the middle of looking at Dog Treats for my puppy I accidentally left the drink I had just opened on the shelf and was confronted by a Manager named Crystal and instead of saying, "Sir you may have left you drink on the shelf... Here you go" she walked up and said, "Sir here the drink you were trying to steal your going to have to pay for it!" I couldn't believe it... I've never been treated in such a rude way at any store in my life. It was completely embarrassing. I confronted her after she walked away and asked for another manager to speak with and she smiled at me and told me she was the only manager. So I looked up the phone number after leaving the store front and called to make a complaint about Crystal and her accusing and rude behavior but she was the one to answer the phone and when I told her I would like for her to leave a note for the next manager that comes on shift she hung the phone up on me! I wouldn't recommend Food Outlet to anyone and will not be returning to spend my money in...

I really want to give this place 5 stars. They have a decent selection, reasonable prices and the quality is pretty good as well. However, some items are overpriced, and can be found cheaper elsewhere, such as the frozen vegetables. Also, I’ve had difficulty with the female employees, two of them in particular were downright rude, unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. I wanted to ask about an item and went up to the two women, as I said excuse me and was starting to ask, they looked straight at me and walked away. They were both overweight and looked no older than their 30s. Only the male employees have ever been helpful to me, going as far as to show me where items are, check their stock in the back or help me find an alternative. It can get a little crowded with how the store is set up but overall the prices and what you get for your money are on par. Will continue...
