Everything all the other one star ratings have indicated is definitely true. I've had nothing but all of the issues that have been mentioned, to the point of me canceling my service and now it's a big battle because I returned the equipment the next day after I canceled (and received a receipt from the spectrum person at the store in where I returned the equipment) and they can't seem to find it, and have already sent me a bill for it even though I have a credit balance on my account after canceling it because they misapplied my payment 2 months ago. I canceled because service and outages were so bad, it got to the point of technician service being needed more than once a week, plus the customer service is just horrible. The customer service is awful, no one could find our account and kept telling us we had a business account even though we're a residence. After being passed around to five different agents, including being sent BACK to the same business agent after telling them multiple times we're not a business, we finally were told that we didn't have a plan even though we had a confirmation number for the plan that we received via email over a week ago. No one could find the account even with the confirmtion code. How do you not even know your own confirmation codes?!? Now our internet is out and we have to spend even more time on the phone (after two miserable hours earlier today) to get it restored.
