I just want this location to do better the lady that come to work dressed in her rainbows best tryna be Beyonce is a hot mess the lady that cashiers with the brown stringy noodle hair count your days stop calling woman of color LOVE your customers deserves respect proper customer service I was waiting in line to be cashed out and over heard the young lady the two cashiers on Friday 7.08.22 talking about a customer that had returns the returns took longer which is understandable that's why rainbow hired you ppl to take care of customers needs the lady was so upset she couldn't take care of my simple order I had 3 items she failed to remove the censor blocks off my clothes I don't appreciate the services these 3 women give out to paying mothers and customers period!! All you hear them talking about is closing the store. Couldnāt even shop in peace because I was given five minutes at 715 to finish shopping. All your locations are like this except for south 27th which is further than I want to travel just to get good customer service. Thatās ridiculous. I donāt know where yāall find the people you hire, but hire people with better customer service skills. I donāt want to hear phone convos and you could at the very least say hello or ask if I need help with something. No soft skills, no cs skills, just..nothing. Absolutely one of the worst experiences. Chrissy & Jennifer were working the day I was there last week. One by the door, and the other by the register. While Im pretty good at buying clothes for females, they were both assisting me without pressure and without stepping on each others toes so to speak. I ended up spending a couple hundred dollars and got some matching outfits along with some boots for my girlfriend. Both were very genuine and caring. People in general are quick to complain about things, but seemingly reluctant to compliment. I recommend any man who's not sure what to get their significant other, go there.
