Taco Bell — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I tried going 2 times, both times my order was completely wrong. The first time I ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos and they gave me and charged me for bean burritos which cost more. When I got home and realized, I tried calling the phone number on the receipt but that number was for a Taco Bell way up north in Wisconsin, not even the same franchise. I gave up, whatever. The second time I tried was actually kind of funny. We ordered two cheesy bean and rice burritos, two spicy potato soft tacos, a black bean crunch wrap and fire sauce. There was no cheese on the cheesy burrito, no lettuce on one of the soft tacos and the potatoes were dry and burnt on both. There were pinto beans instead of black beans on the crunch wrap and we were given mild sauce instead of fire. There was no receipt in the bag and all the food wrappers were smooshed and had food all over them. I’ve never been anywhere where they managed to get every single part of the order wrong! Horrible experience. I watched them pass my box of tacos out to the car in front of me. So I get to the window they give me a Pepsi and a bag containing my cinnamon twists and what was supposed to be my three supreme tacos(they were not) thrown on top of the cinnamon twists. So I'm sitting there waiting for my twelve piece box of tacos and the lady is like can you pull up and check your bag because we are on a timer. I said I'm waiting for the rest of my food. Then after some discussion they came to the conclusion to have me pull over on a one way mind you back into to parking lot to wait for my tacos. So I did as told. Waited ten minutes. Drove back thru drive thru and was told I should have waited. Then was given a box of tacos that was not even close. No apology. Very bad service. I hate to say. Quite good. This is a sad place and whomever owns/manages this franchise should be embarrassed. They have gotten my order wrong EVERY time I've visited. I used the app to place an order and was told "pull into the parking lot" after pulling into the window. So I have to make 2 illegal U-turns to pull back into the parking lot, just to have the cashier ask me twice what I ordered. Then they still got my order wrong. I rode all the way back from my house, just for them to get my order wrong again. The final visit, I was told "we are out of your dessert and you will have to come back in the morning" The app doesn't allow for complaints or refunds so I'm stuck with a disappointing order. I've lost money twice dealing with this unprofessional establishment. Save your money and shop somewhere they actually know about customer service and can get your order correct.
