Mattress Crazy — Attraction in Mineral Wells

I purchased a pillow top set $899.00 on January 15th 2022.. with SNAP FINANCING. pay off in 3 months. In a month time the matress has deep dips In it where my husband and I lay.. we contacted the store was informed that several customers have complained about the same problem & they have confirmed that they received a "bad" batch from the retailer, asked for photos & original receipt.. Got ignored by sales rep for weeks. Requested to speak with supervisor. We were only given his name "Ron" along with his email..never received any response from him to date..a week ago I went to the store in Mineral Wells. To find out that the original sales report, Hayden no longer works there & 2 days later told an additional $150 is required to replace the original "bad batch" matress as per warranty.. I was never Informed of Any warranty provisions in addition to original receipt doesn't mention any details of any warranty plus I never signed any documents to indicate I was informed of any warranty provisions. I requested a different matress and am told I have 2 get the same matress.. And who knows if the replacement matress isn't another matress in the same "bad batch".. today is Tuesday and STILL no call from the store. I have contacted the bank/ lost prevention department demanding help to resolve this. I only owe my last payment & my body is all outta wack... THIS PLACE IS A SCAM... Bank is asking 5 days to resolve or they will refund me all my money back and I will take my business elsewhere...DAMN SHAME... SCAMMERS R RIGHT HERE IN...

We went to buy my son a mattress from this place. Jessica tried to sound interested when we bought the mattress. We got a good mattress. However, the store said free delivery and she demanded $50. When we asked about delivery, she said that her husband would deliver but that his truck was messed up so we would have to wait. She kept making her problem, our problem. Also, when I asked for the $50.00 back, Jessica pointed at a sign stuck the from by of the file cabinet. I got home and told my wife what happened and I’d just give up. My wife demanded I go back, so I did. I walked in a little nervous I waited patiently to talk to Jessica who with clients. But Jessica, right in front of the clients dropped her conversation and looked at me sharply and said, I told you NO!

Oh, yeah. Her way of making amends was 2 grab two items, which were on her junk shelf and threw them at me stating their value was $90.00 and that settled it.

Needed a cheap mattress and box spring. Their prices were reasonable. I bought from them on the premise it would be available for pickup the next day, because it was the only day I had to pick it up. Asked multiple times to confirm it would be available the next day, before I purchased. They assured it would.

Then, the next day it never arrived. They didn’t stick to their word nor did they honor their word. I asked for them to deliver it since they failed to get it there when they said they would. They didn’t care, nor did they do anything to make it right for me having to change my work schedule to pick it up. I didn’t want money back. I wanted it delivered.

Nothing wrong with the product and I did get eventually. But I won’t return to a business that doesn’t...
