Brookshire’s — Local services in Mineral Wells

a great sale last week on their meat very reasonable the staff very nice very helpful and friendly smiling faces made us feel appreciated we were laughing and conversating about the weather with the cashiers they accidentally charged me the full price on a sale item that was marked wrong but management quickly stepped up and gave it to us for the sale price that was listed and they were very apologetic such professionals we need more people like that in this world you don't mind going and spending your money there I recommend go to Brookshire's and did I say The Friendly Smiles have a nice day they place your groceries in the bags for you bonus they will take it out to the car for you great service keep up the good work Brookshire okay one bad review one person she's a tall middle age lady and where we were conversating over the price she just stared at us like we were from Mars she never cracked a smile and later I asked who she was and pointed at her and someone told me she was one of the managers so that manager she needs to take some classes in hospitality and how to smile and be friendly and not stare at people with this blank mean look on her face I know her name as well but I won't mention that besides that go to Brookshire's and if you run into that lady just Overlook her and pray for her that God softens her heart and place love in it that's what we did and that Jesus teaches her how to smile and be friendly and appreciate the people that shops there she's a poor example for the people that work under her but the young manager I give her a 10 she was wonderful friendly outgoing smiling courteous helpful so young lady don't you let that older lady rub off on you in management have a...

Terrible customer service in Mineral Wells in the Deli. My husband stood in line waiting to get chicken for 20 minutes while The girl waited on a customer in front of him and was talking to him for over 20 minutes instead of really working. When he got up there to order the chicken, she told him they were closed and it was only 5:40 PM and she was rude Why couldn’t she just tell him that They were closed when he walked up there instead of let him stand there 20 minutes. Evidently, they’re shorthanded so they’re closing There’s no excuse for her behavior. He said there was a whole pile of chicken and all she would’ve had to do was put it in the box, but I guess she was too lazy to do that. This is where I do all of my grocery shopping while in Mineral Wells. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. I've not bought meat here, only because I get all my meat direcly from a butcher out of Weatherford. But their produce seems to be very good along with their canned items.
