I went here last year for a groupon and it was...OK. I can echo the "my hair looked the same as when I arrived" comments; as well as the lackluster attitude of the stylists. Also, the drinks during haircut are nice, but really I think it's the only gimmick to draw people in on Groupon. The stylist I had barely spoke to me, and so I can't remember her name. It was very awkward and I have found several other NE salons near me that are WAY better both technically and in customer service. I say skip it and go to the Hive - similar pricing ( a tad higher depending on stylist level) but an exceptional customer experience and unbelievable cut/color...

We discussed my ideas and set up an appointment to cut, color, and style my hair. The entire experience was wonderful. Tammy and her business partner provide an environment that is relaxed and comfortable. Tammy did an amazing job executing the ideas i had communicated to her as well as suggesting and communicating changes that would help provide a better end result. The outcome was better than I had imagined and I'm so happy I happened upon this salon as it will be my primary choice...
