I just had an amazing customer service experience with Theater Latte Da and felt compelled to write a review. For the first time in my life my husband & I purchased season tickets. Typically we only go to a show or two a year at different theater organizations across the twin cities, but I wanted to change that and start experiencing more of the awesome theater out there. (Especially after seeing the awesome line up for their 2018/2019 season.) This was a little spendy for us, and I was concerned after purchasing to read that the seats were selected for us and worried we might end up in the way back of the theater. Read moreVery nice theater. Seats have wonderful sight lines, lighting is excellent and the set design for Hello Dolly was phenomenal. The wardrobe for cast was outstanding and fit well. The sound was tremendous. Oh yeah, the seats are comfortable and not tight for a 6 foot, 185 pound individual.
The ticket office staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The lobby has adequate space for waiting for friends or family.
Parking is a bit of a beast, so arrive at least 50 minutes before curtain time and enjoy the neighborhood or an adult beverage at the lobby bar.
This was a fantastic theater experience for me. Hope you enjoy...
