I've been going to Angela for years, and there's a reason I keep coming back. She gives consistently great haircuts and is always open to hearing my ideas—while also gently steering me away from the ones that might not work.

What sets Angela apart isn’t just how amazing my hair looks right after the appointment (though it does!), but how great it still looks weeks later.

I’ve strayed a couple of times, trying to find a stylist closer to home since I moved (I used to be able to walk to her salon!), but I always end up back in her chair. Her spot in NE is worth the drive—it's conveniently located near some great bars and restaurants, and the salon itself has such a cool vibe: great music, great atmosphere....

If I could give them six stars, I would. Craft Hair Collective is owned by an incredibly talented, lifelong hairdresser and has staffed the salon with the best of the best. I've been seeing Megan for well over 10 years and rave about her to anyone who will listen. She’s not only incredibly talented, providing a thorough analysis of your hair and tailoring your experience to your future hair goals, but also an exceptional person. AMAZING! I’ve gotten a Full Foil and Tint with Aerie Malchow twice now. She is absolutely incredible! I have 4B African American dreadlocks and I showed her a picture of some highlights that I wanted and she was able to achieved the look I was going for. I wanted something that looked like natural sun kissed hair. I have never gotten my locs dyed before and she took so much care and paid great attention to my hair texture, the maturity of my locs, how thick my dreads are, and how my hair is layered.
