Urban Touch Barbers — Attraction in Minneapolis

Wow. I'm completely all around satisfied with my entire experience- from calling to check availability, all the way to walking out the door feeling like i just left a family bbq. I'm never-not-once completely satisfied leaving a chair, there's always something... he took so much Ttiimmmeeee, he made sure i didn't leave unless i was satisfied which is an option I've never been offered really, as it's usually turn and burn service elsewhere. I've been to quite a few barbers in mpls, but NONE made me feel like i was completely certain my money was well spent towards a worthy business. The conversation, the people that came and went, the other barber that was working, the cleanliness and state of the shop, it was all around the best experience I've had getting a proper fade on my fauxhawk-pixie. He knew exactly what i wanted, he gave my hair shape based on my features. He executed with the expertise i expect from a barbershop owner and then some, while keeping conversation going and telling me his steps along the way so that i was aware of the direction he was going with it. I felt so welcome in his space. I have super fine and pin straight brown hair so my hair shows every flaw and he was able to make it look so smooth and with a seriously impressive gradient. Billy did it, he really made me feel more sexy leaving that chair than any salon just by listening to my wants and most of all, being damn good at cutting hair. My husband and I drove 3 hours from Staples Minnesota just to get my youngest sons hair cut at Urban Touch Salon. I was so impressed by the work that was done on my middle sons hair. Bill was our master barber. A courteous man that runs a very respectable business. I found Bill to be hard working man with a dedication to his work and his faith. The shops atmosphere was most enjoyable with good and wholesome conversations. What especially caught my eye and I dearly loved, was the small reading area of books that Bill has in the shop. Reading is a level of education that I hold dear and to see that promoted in his shop tells me a lot about the heart of this business man. He speaks highly of and is confident about his team. He takes pride in not only the business that he has been blessed to build, but also in his loved ones that he holds so dear. Thank you for the beautiful work you did on my son. This was my first time getting a haircut in Minnesota. I am currently a student in Mankato and decided to come get my first haircut at Urban Touch. I chose this place because after the reviews and pictures I've seen online I had to give it a shot and I could sense a community and welcoming vibe even from the pictures and videos. They definitely did not disappoint! I got my haircut and beard trim from Bill, the owner at Urban Touch and I told him what I wanted and he executed. He makes sure that you're satisfied before leaving the chair, & he takes his time and makes you feel welcomed. All barbers are clean and masked up so you don't have to worry about any safety concerns.
