The DQ on 13st in Minneapolis is the worst location I’ve ever been too. Asked for a moo latte and a chilli cheese dog. Gave the cashier my money, a few minutes pass and she asks “did you pay yet”? (While holding my $20 bill in her hand). I said yes my money is in your hand. A couple min later pass again someone ELSE asks me if I paid, too which I said “my money is in her hand”. I get my change, my moo latte and chilli dog. Yes I said chilli dog becuse they forgot the cheese. I opened up the hot dog box and it literally looks like they used a WHOLE can on chilli on it with no cheese. I bring it back and told them there’s WAYY to much chilli on it. I told them I wanted a new chilli CHEESE dog and all they did was put cheese on it and sent me on my way. I threw the chilli dog away. WORST DQ LOCATION IVE...
Read moreThis little DQ is tucked over on the corner right off the road on the left. You'll think you're going the wrong way, but then TADA there it is. It's color, a mud brown, sort of camouflages it from view amongst all the trees, but it's there. The service is fast, the employees are courteous and helpful, and they don't skimp you. So, quality service, upbeat staff, and better than average finished product equals a great experience. A paint job for me visibility Ave this place would be hopping.... but maybe that's the secret, the lines are never long, even without a drive through. That's nice on an...

When ordering a cone, there is a protective paper layer near the bottom that the employee should hold on to when passing the cone to the customer. Without fail, the employee wraps their fingers around the top of the cone which is not protected by the paper and hands it to the customer. In many instances this is after handling cash, which we all know is filthy. This is an obvious health code violation, and management and owners should jump on this straight away. Retraining, counseling, reprimands...
