Bought a Gameboy SP for travel to get a grasp at some nostalgia and fun on the way, knowing i would be gone for a while without internet, and found that the backlight failed the second day I used it. I tried to return it a few weeks after I returned from my trip and they refused because I didnt have a receipt, (which i have). They asked multipe times if i had the reciept, i told them I did... they insisted after the fact that I cant do anything.At this point I might as well forget always trying to support this store among other local options. Something i have done since 2008. Please make sure that if you buy anything from here keep the receipt, but I cant promise it will help because their 30 day return policy is FIRM, even if they sell you a lemon. One of the most important issues is that although most of thier time is freetime, (trust me ive been to this store multiple times and they are almost always not busy and they are just sitting around) don't bother these guys with a phone call, they wont give you the time of day unless you are aggressive, and if you are they will heavily suggest you come in or politely tell you that they dont care. I loved this shop until this incedent. They are great for a few sales but they don't appreciate customer loyalty, even when there are cheaper options online and surprisingly, local enough. Absolutely do not recommend.. This man sold us a game for playstation. We brought the game home and tried it immediately and the game did not work. It would not load just kept beeping at us. My husband took the game back to return it and the owner would not give us a refund. We told him it didn't work that we weren't just trying to return something because we didn't like it. He said he understands it doesn't work but won't give us refund. My husband asked for him to buff it out which he states that the issue we were having it sounds like the game isn't fixable.. So now he admits to selling us something that was broken but still won't refund. Save your money and go somewhere that stands by what they sell! Disc reply or game stop.. Seriously anywhere but here. This is pathetic and will not return or recommend this...

Went here for my first RSD experience and sadly it was ruined. Only album I was looking for was the Post Malone Nirvana Tribute album. Luckily there were 2 left on the counter when I got in but I was shocked to see the price was $85.00. To be honest, I'm kind of naive with prices for vinyls as i don't own a record player and this was a gift for my sister. While in the store, another customer was questioning the price of an item and the lady behind the desk told her that she isn't trying to screw her one the price but that is what it would sell for online. After I left and bought the album, I was shocked to see what other stores were charging and how I got screwed by this business. I paid double what this should have been sold for. Price gouging at it's finest. I never plan on returning...
