I would give this place zero star if I could. If you are only fixing your phone come here but repairing laptops is HORRENDOUS, INCONVENIENT, AND RIP-OFF services I have ever experienced. DO NOT GO HERE. I came on the month of September to have my laptop fixed. My spouse and I wanted our laptopās hinges to be fixed. I came in and a young man diagnosed that the total cost would be $120, suggested to also fix to screen included. We agreed on the price and was informed that it would be fixed in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called to as any updates about the laptop. It turns out that they had bought the incorrect materials that were not compatible for my laptop. The new parts that they ordered costed an extra $40, totaling $160. We agreed and was informed to wait 3 weeks for the parts to come in. While waiting for the parts, I picked up my laptop to use during the wait period. However, when I got my laptop back they have removed the entire hinged that was attached to the laptop frame. I just assumed that they took it off to see if the bought materials were compatible to the laptop. I also made a $80 down payment. My laptop works perfectly fine. It was just the hinged that I wanted to be fixed to prevent future damages. After 3 weeks, I called again about the update of the materials. It was now near the mid-end of October. They said it had come in, so I dropped the laptop off that day. I spoke to another technician that was one of the owner of the business. He said that the screen came in. My spouse and I were confused and asked about the hinges. Apparently, the other technician did not buy or diagnosed on paper that the hinges were need, only the screen was. At this point, we have waited for over month. We were frustrated because we agreed on hinges and already paid $80. The owner said to get hinges it would only take a week and come by November 9th, an additional $$75 would be charge, in total $235. My spouse and I were upset. If we knew it would cost $235 to replace a hinge! We would never come here in the first place. Since we had already paid partial, we agreed to wait for the hinge to come in and request them to call us if anything happen. My spouse called on November 10 for any updates. At this rate, we have lost all patience. This business is terrible at calling us. The call taker was very slow and said random computer words and gave excuses why our laptop has not been fixed yet. She said that the laptop had a new software update and it takes time. The laptop sceen have not come in and etc. FIRST, software update has NOTHING TO DO with the laptop frame hinges. So got to speak to the same owner that ordered the hinges. He informed us that the hinge was incompatible and he ordered a new one. EXTREMELY UPSET, we demanded to get a refund. HOWEVER!!!! The owner would not give us a refunded due to the business LOST trying to fix the laptop. We told him that we did not receive any updates about the hinge being incompatible or that an authorized to buy another hinge. The owner even tried to sell us the screen replacement with full charges of the $160. He did not give us a refund and continue to blame us for having a complex laptop. My spouse spend 45 minutes on the phone with the owner to ONLY RESULT TO SPLIT PAYMENT. We paid half of the $160 with this business. SO WE GOT THE LAPTOP BACK WITH A MISSING HINGE, LOST MONEY & WASTED TIME FROM...

After being dissatisfied with the customer service that my son received just two weeks ago to have his iPhoneās screen and speakers repaired at the repair shop in the Wal-mart on W. Airport, at a hefty price no less, I thought it best to search for a different repair shop. I should also mention that the lady who put in my sonās repair order knew that both me and my mom were considering having our screens repaired too....knowing this wasnāt even enough to SLIGHTLY motivate them to adjust their dial on their customer service meter even just a tad bit. They need to learn a few lessons from Shawn with Texas Cellar (not sure if thatās the correct spelling of his nameš), probably could have convinced us to do ours at the same time. For Shawn it seemed the level of exceptional customer service he provides just comes naturally and something he provides the same to everyone.
After reading the many positive reviews of Texas Cellar I decided to give them a try. Without a doubt Iām 100% satisfied with my decision (wish I had done the search two weeks when my son needed repairsš¤¦š»āāļø) and know that as long as their doors are open for business we will all return for any and all of our future repair needs. Another repair was already in the works before we could walk out the door, need my laptop diagnosed and repaired.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was cold, and the customer service was non-existent. After I complained about the lack of service, with the representative because he was too busy playing with another phone. I waited in the store for almost 30 minutes just to speak with a representative, who was dismissive and uninterested in helping me with my phone issues.
After finally taking my iPhone for repair, they kept it for an entire week without any updates. I had to be the one to call them, nearly a week later, only to be told that they couldnāt repair it. No courtesy call, no explanationājust a simple "we can't fix it."
Itās clear that the establishment is aware of the lack of professionalism from certain employees, yet nothing has been done to improve the customer experience.
