Our journey through Lost Canyon Cave and Nature Trail was nothing short of breathtaking. From the moment we set foot on the trail, we were greeted by the sight of amazing waterfalls cascading down rock faces, creating a symphony of nature's beauty. The sound of rushing water and the picturesque views set the stage for an unforgettable adventure.
One of the most thrilling parts of our experience was driving through the cave in a golf cart. The exhilarating ride through the darkened cave, illuminated only by the dim lights of the cart, was a true adventure unlike any other. The unique opportunity to explore a cave in such a novel and exciting way added an extra layer of excitement to our visit.

Our family enjoyed every minute of the adventure, from the thrill of driving through the cave to the moments of quiet contemplation as we took in the stunning surroundings. The sense of tranquility and connection to nature that we felt during our visit was unparalleled and left a lasting impression on all of us.

Read moreFor you tourists or non locals, this is only a quick 15 minute drive from State Park Marina, the overlook, the State Park Dam, and Moonshine Beach. All areas that are must visit in my opinion while in B Town. Anyway, 4 stars. Lost Canyon Cave tour is fantastic! If you enjoy nature this is for you. The cave itself is just spectacular! The downside is the cave is MAYBE 1/10th of the tour. Yes its magnificent but you are briefly in and out of the cave. You cant get out of your cart during the viewing of the inside of the cave, waterfall and rushing water (I assume safety reasons) but if the "bartender" serving can drinks can be in there, why cant we? Even in that general area by the "mouth" of the cave. It would just be amazing to spend more than a few short minutes in there. Just standing around in awe would be great. Maybe even have a few benches in there. If its busy meaning many carts once you are on the cart path in the cave area you gotta keep moving whereas not to stop others. This is the only area there is room for only 1 cart at a time on the path. Anywhere else you can stop, pass others etc without being in the way. So, in the cave your in and out too fast. The rest is outdoor nature. Overall the value is on par for attractions of this sort. Canned drinks are way overpriced BUT if they give it back to conservation I approve. The gift shop is small and cramped but also priced on par with others. The price of admission also covers the museum. You can drive there or take the shuttle. It is a great tribute museum filled with artifacts. Go see! Mr. Morris, do something about extending the cave tour area OR allowing walking stops or benches/tables in the opening of the cave and I would give this a solid 5...
Read moreOur family were in Branson for vacation and wanted a unique experience - and this is definitely it! We liked the idea of the golf cart trail because our son has to use a wheelchair, so this is was great - we were able to transfer him into the golf cart and it was the same experience for all of us. We came before 10AM on a weekday early September and had no wait to start the tour. However, when we came back after 11AM to the ‘station’ it was getting very busy with a long line formed.
Pros: •beautiful trail with dramatic rock formations and waterfalls •beautifully manicured and landscaped •unique experience with covered bridges •great activity for those who are and aren’t able bodied to enjoy together •opportunities to stop, get out and take pictures •lots of birds, squirrels and chipmunks along the way •nice long trail that takes more than an hour
Cons: •the cave section is very short - I was hoping for more - the bat bar idea is fun, but like most concessions it seems overpriced to me ($3 for a can of soda, $9 for beer) •can be busy and a long wait • the cost per person is fairly high - with tax and the small insurance per vehicle and $10 entry per vehicle meant our family’s cost per person was $53 (family of 7). •there is active construction happening on the rocky area between the observation deck and the lake •no separate register for the gift shop, so the ticket counter and gift shop are the same and the line was long
For what it is, being unique and focused on natural beauty and landscape it was something fun and memorable for our family trip, and overall compared to most attractions the cost wasn’t too bad, and I would generally recommend...
