I personally wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I had a broken screen and got it replaced here for $230 by the next day the corners of my newly replaced screen were already lifting so I returned for a new screen (it was free of charge-which i appreciated) When i returned to pick up my phone for the second time there was a huge black dot in the middle of the screen (I don’t know if whoever replaced my screen didn’t notice or didn’t care) but either way I returned and asked for ANOTHER new screen. I received another (free of charge) a month goes by and i notice a tiny crack in my screen and it somehow turns into a huge crack (please keep in mind my screen protector is in tact with absolutely no cracks) So i called today and explained my situation and travis informed me it would be another $200 to replace my screen claiming he’s giving a $30 discount. Tried to sell my phone, less then 2 years 16 GB, couple of scratches on the back my screen is perfectly fine and I paid $150 for it. I don't know too much about phones and I told the guy and he said it isn't worth anything and offered $5, when I asked got $50 he said no, only offered my $5. He was extremely rude and manipulative, as I soon learned my phone is worth $40-$50. When I went to get the phone back, he rudely told me that he could keep it but he wasn't "that type of person". Definetly don't recommend when trying to sell phones. He'll down grade the price he'll pay and sell for $150 after fixing a few glitches. Now, giving me the price value calculator website, my phone is worth $30, as my phone had been a new release when purchased. That is $25 more then you offered. Jeremiah is seriously my go-to-guy for everything technology. He is so knowledgeable and professional! I am a clutz for sure, and it doesn't matter how many times I bring my phone/computer/etc. in--he always fixes it, and FAST!!! His pricing is TOTALLY worth it compared to what you would pay if you sent it into a big company. I have never had a bad experience here, and I RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE!!!
