Ciccarelli has hands-down the best customer service you will find at any jewelers! They are a family owned and operated business, and they are experts at what they do. The quality of work and products are incredible. My husband got a necklace for me while we were dating, and then we got our engagement/wedding rings here. They are beyond helpful when you have questions, and don’t even get me started on repairs! I have had to get my ring resized twice, and my necklace chain replaced twice. Each time was a 5 star experience (I would give them more if I could). They worked with me to get the best possible price for my ring resizing (without me even asking if there was a possibility for a lower price!), and have replaced my necklace chain for free.
