Cookies Modesto Dispensary — Attraction in Modesto

I have come to this dispensary a few times when I'm desperate and don't feel like driving across town, the curbside option is also usually a wonderful option. However after my experience tonight I will never be utilizing or visiting this dispensary again.. The lady working this evening wearing burgundy leggings was absolutely horrible to deal with. First I was greeted by a man who took my ID and cash and was very friendly, then after about 5 minutes, burgundy leggings returned with my money to notify me that my item was out of stock. Okay no problem. So I asked if I could pick something else out online, she agreed I asked her about a few different wax options and her response to me was "I'm blind so " in other words, I'm not helping you so figure it out. So I just decided I'd hand her a $20 bill (considering my total was $12 prior) and have her just pick something as she already had a bad attitude. Then she returns after another 5 minutes to let me know they have nothing under $23 which is absolutely garbage, considering you guys must have about 20 waxes online for under $20... then she returns for the final time!!! Hands me the bag RUDELY and walks away without saying anything, like I was inconveniencing her to DO HER JOB. Anyways I'll be taking my business to phenos, because no amount of time saved is worth being treated like garbage when you're...

Only two stars for a couple reasons. I bought an inexpensive distillate cart with botanical or "natural" terpenes... Definitely not cannabis derived terpenes. Which isn't my complaint.

My complaint is that the bud tenders don't understand the difference, and proceeded to ask if I wanted "Sativa" or "Indica" when purchasing this cart.

You tell me how this is Sativa or Indica? Because it is neither.... How could it be...

Any bud tender should know this simple logic that Cannabis derived terpenes are the absolute only way to determine which effect that you prefer. Sativa or Indica It is sad when a customer knows alot more than an actual employee that looks pretty. I couldn't care less how she looks, she needs to know her stuff, while trying to help anyone. It's a big turn off actually. I would only hire educated people over pretty girls without a brain in this industry. It's ridiculous in my honest opinion.

Besides all that the cheapest cart out the door with tax was $23 dollars. Of course a cookies brand.... There are several cheap cart companies out there that they should be stocking to meet everyone's needs. People love buying carts anytime year round for $12-$15 at most, plus tax.Then it goes up from there. Not 23 with tax for the cheapest. Plus tip, no to expensive. Just my 2 cents...

Yesterday Friday August 8th me and my wife were passing through town on our way to see family and we stopped here because we have been here a few times before and never had any issues before. Have always got really good deals on ounces $60-80. We went in there and asked "do you have any deals on ounces or 1/2 ounces " and the girl replied not really and just showed us $45 quarters. We only bought one and thought to ourselves wow the prices have really gone up here. We left there and my wife immediately looked online and seen that they had buzz nug ounces for $44 and buzz nug 1/8 for $10 but we were never shown or offered any of those. If definitely feels and appears that we were lied to in order to up sale. Hopefully the owners are not okay with this type of customer practice but who knows we won't be going back to pay extra and told friends and family to steer clear...
