A couple days ago as I was in a Dine ready to order. I had asked the employee who attended me a question. It was just a simple question " How many pancakes come in one order? " The employer turned towards the "manager" (who was beside her) and asked her.. her response was " Why are you asking me? You should already know this. " (with a horrible attitude) You were able to see how embarrassed she felt. I can't find the word to describe this.. but that's such a shame. Regardless if a person is new or not it is not right to call a person out like that. Especially, in front of costumers. She could've handled it differently. She simply could've answered her, pulled her aside and spoke with the employee personally. Just because a person had a higher position doesn't make it right. It doesn't make it right to call or embarrass some one like that. These team leaders or whatever position they have, shouldn't be having that type of attitude. Not only that but the only "team leader" in the back, was speaking to an employer on how he " didn't do his job right". They are suppose to tell them right from wrong that way they can learn and get better at it but there is a way on how to do so. They were so rude and it was just really disturbing. It was absolutely revolting seeing how management treated their employees and felt completed annoyed by them. Never again will I come to this place they need new management ASAP for the good of the business and the employees we all deserved to be treated with RESPECT. Read moreI was dashing and go to pick up an order. Granted I understand that at almost 11 at night you may not have shakes available, I'm totally understanding. I give the girl the name over the speaker and she says ok go to the window. Keep in mind the drive thru is packed. I can wait. I call her over the speaker and I'm like hey in addition to picking up the order may I place an order. She says ok. I proceed to ask for 2 chocolate shakes and 2 straw... I'm cut off mind sentence she says oh I'm sorry the shake machine doesn't work. And I'm like ok well then does that mean the shake from the doordash I'm picking up isn't available? And she's like oh yea I meant to tell you that... then you hear mumble behind her and she's like oh sorry I guess the machine is working what would you like. And I'm like 2 chocolate shakes and 2 strawberry shakes. And she says ok a chocolate shake and a strawberry shake... I'm like no I want 2 chocolate shakes and 2 strawberry shakes... why on earth is the next words out of her mouth oh now that's just asking for too much now... seriously my 4 shakes are somehow an inconvenience to you. So I wait in line and once I get to the window guess what... the shake machine magically doesn't work anymore. I think someone's playing games and...
Read moreMy husband and I were just at this location trying to order at the drive through. After several attempts and the order taker saying she couldn't hear, we went inside. My husband went to use the restroom as I began placing our order. My husband came back to the counter requesting the key for the restroom and the clerk Meli said she get it after taking the order. My husband said I need it now (he has a medical condition and couldn't wait). And she glared at him and said she was taking my order. He told her we were together and I explained he had a medical condition. She grabbed the key obviously irritated and walked to the restroom door and unlocked it. She came back threw the key on a counter and ignored me and went to the drive thru window even though she hadn't finished my order and there was another clerk at the drive thru. She finally sent the other clerk to finish my order. The order was almost complete except for my milkshake. We waited several more minutes and finally Meli came to the counter and practically threw the milkshake at us, never even looking at us. And the entire time this event transpired the manager was standing nearby and never did or said anything. The attitude of Meli and the disregard by management make this visit to this...
