August 13 2017 the management in charge at this location racial profile me because the way I dress or maybe the manager in charge was not having a good day well long story short I purchased boneless chicken from them only to come home and find out they had given me the wrong one so I went back to let them know and try to fix the issue only to get treated so unfairly and looked down upon for bringing chicken back!!! Chicken that I had purchased August 12 at around 6-7pm that they told me it was boneless and when I open one pack (bought 4 packs) I realized it had a small bone so I took the 3 unopened packs and when I talk to the manager in charge he basically laughed at me and told me to take it home and deal with it at that point I was very unsatisfied with his customer service And I ask to speak to a reasonable person and at that point he went nuts he told me to get out of this store and to take my freaking chicken!!! I am so upset about this situation because I shop at this store all my life and not once I got treated so poorly and felt so horrible people.. I forgot his name but the manager in charge on Sunday August 13 at the carpenter rd location needs to learn how to be a manager and treat customer with respect instead of jumping into conclusions and assumptions because my hair is long and I been working hard doesn't make me a bum or any less then all the customer that go there this was the worst and the first time someone talks to me n looks down...

Manager was very rude, apparently if they turn on the register light im not allowed to get on the line and place my stuff to be checked out because the “manager” decides she wants someone else to come first, pushed my stuff away and turns around and say “dont do that” on the cashier for doing her job. Which her job is to turn on the light and check custumers out. There was never an apology from her or anything. Even other customers noticed her attitude and said it was too early to be that grumpy. I felt bad for the cashier for getting talked to like that infront of people. I had to wait Again and then try to get on line to get checked out for the second time. The cashier apologized for something she didnt do. Manager needs a day off or maybe humble herself and stop being rude to her customers and specially her employees. Main reason people leave and find other jobs due to this type of treatment....

Very overpriced and very low meat during times in need. Price jumps too high one day pork chops were 4 dollars next week 11 dollars. Chicken 6 dollars to 15 dollars. Rude cashiers dealing with Children nutrition assistance. Just because people utilize their state assistance doesn't mean all are scum bags. Also all the shelf stocking with one cashier open yet the shelves aren't being stocked, your employees are talking about the Big game and highlights and vaping in the bathroom. Huddled in the back slacking off on their phones. Two men I ever see working is Greg or the tall guy I forgot which is which and the guy that does dairy and lunch meat sections. Oh and one female is always doing above and beyond but I forgot her name too. The produce kids have jo clue about fruit and vegetables and information about your items is best especially when a customer is looking...
