Since my experience was so over the top I have to write a review, five star review for Jessica the manager at Burger King on Carpenter, she went above and beyond expectations and turned a not so good experience into a wonderful experience! People like her really deserve to be manager!!!!! I had went there on my way to work and they got busy shortly after I walked in and didn’t finish in time for me to be in time to work and I ended up having to leave to work without getting my food even though it was paid for. I had asked for a impossible whopper sandwich, add cheese and a couple other things but left it all… I asked my boyfriend to bring it to me since I can’t leave work and he picked everything up then dropped it at my work and when I opened the bag I realized they had forgotten to put cheese on my sandwich. I know mistakes happen and people are human but I was really sad because I was stuck at work for the next seven hours not being able to leave with a sandwich that didn’t taste as good without cheese that I paid for and didn’t know what to do, so I called the store and the manager Jessica was very apologetic and understanding and handled the situation by actually driving a new impossible sandwich with cheese to my work!!!! Can’t believe she went out of her way for that, and I appreciate it so much because most people would just say sorry and brush me off but she really did put the customer first in the situation and words can’t express how thankful I was for her pulling up that day with my food!! Read moreSo this isn't normally what happens when I go through the drive-thru here. I'm not sure what was going on this particular evening but I was in the drive-thru line for about 45 minutes. It was crazy frustrating!There were only 3 cars in front of me. If it wasn't For the 3 cars behind me I would have backed out and left. I go to this particular Burger King on carpenter pretty often and it always seems like there's not very many people working but this evening there were lots of people in there working so I don't understand what was taking so long. Unfortunately they were out of onion rings or something was wrong that they couldn't make onion rings. When I got it to pay I reminded the girl that I would like sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets. She started out by asking me "You've alredy received your root beer right?" I nicely responded "No I haven't received anything yet." And once again I reminded her about the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets. After about 5 minutes she finally handed me my drinks and the bag containing our food. As I grabbed the bag from her I asked "Is this everything?" She said "Yes." Forgive me for being One of those people who will check my bag before I drive away to make sure everything's in it. Before looking I asked her "You did put the sauce for the chicken nuggets in there right?" she answered "Yes they're in the bag." Read moreWorst experience ever. Dirty place, dead flies on counter by cash register and on tables. Noticed after ordering. Ordered fries NO SALT, they took fries they had sitting in the fry bin to be dispensed to customers and PUT THEM BACK IN THE FRYER for a few minutes, then said 'fries no salt are ready now' we were like Uh you can't do that, we want fresh fries' they said 'that takes time' we said 'that's ok we'll wait'. A customer that just walked in asked me what was going on, so I told her what they just did with the french fries and she said OH I HATE WHEN THEY DO THAT'. By then we noticed the flies on front counter, I went to sit at a table and saw dead flies. So we said 'never mind just give us our money back, we're going to cancel our order.
