I just ordered family style dinner for 2 people. I have ordered several times in the past and the food was ok. However today it wasn't. My chow mein had no flavor it was greasy noodles needed seasoning. Fried rice was dry with clumps of white rice no flavor at all. Very bland. Sweet and sour pork was literally deep fried batter I couldn't find any actual pork in it. Fried shrimp was burned and overcooked as well as extremely greasy. Might be a good idea to change your oil. Almond chicken was all vegetables only a few small pieces of chicken. Hopefully this restaurant takes this review into consideration and gives food some flavor. I'm very disappointed. Also menu prices online are not same price in restaurant. I would like my money back but I wont waste my time asking as I'm sure they will argue. Please take this review into consideration and change your food quality instead of insisting your food is good. Cheap, undercooked, raw, super salty, and tasteless garbage. Customers should eat at Panda Express. You’re better off eating frozen Chinese food which is a million times tastier than this soggy piece of trash. Your business will not last I tell you that much; especially if you don’t have your employees do things correctly in order for your business to succeed. Just wait until the department of health sees what you have done again. Looks like maybe a family owned restaurant. Chow mein noodles were thick which is what I like. Rice and sweet and sour pork was good as well. Service was good. Nice polite people their. Food takes a minute to get but it's worth it. It's not a fast food chain. Atmosphere could do with a bit updating but considering the overhead they have to pay and it's supporting their family. Id say their doing pretty well. Ladies working the counter were super friendly and nice. Definitely recommend this place. Decently priced as well.
