Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Modesto

I came here today, September 10 on a Tuesday at 5 PM and the girl taking orders outside completely skipped my car so I keep going to the drive-through window and I tell them that they didn’t take my order and they take it for me at the drive-through window, then I ask them if they have The stickers that were handed out that day and the girl says they don’t and I ask if I can get a different sticker and she says that she can’t because they are only allowed to give out the stickers that they are giving out on that day, which kind of made me upset because the only reason why I even went today was because I just wanted to get a sticker And then the girl was just giving me attitude and it seemed like they were giving attitude towards each other as well inside and it was not an enjoyable experience. I have gone to other Dutch Bros, where they are completely happier and nicer. This was the nearest one to me but i should have left and gone to a different one!...

Dutch Bros is known for being fast and efficient. Today was the worst experience I’ve had at a Dutch Bros on Carpenter Rd, Modesto, CA. The drive thru was full of cars and was pretty busy. Understandable as DB is popular and a favorite to some. This morning around 730-740am this one vehicle seemed to be the most popular of the morning, as 5 employees came out to socialize with that car thus slowing down orders and getting all the other cars orders taken. I know it’s good to socialize but when you can clearly see that your drive thru is packed —people have places to get to this early in the morning-employees should be mindful of this. Waiting over 20mins in the drive thru, just to have my order taken, could have been avoided had 5 DBs employees cut down their socializing time! Those 5 employees could have been making coffee orders instead of slowing down production and reduced...

I had actually never tried this place before even though I've seen it around so much, so today I decided to try it out. First impressions, it seemed like everyone there was very friendly and kind, I don't know if it's just me but it looks like they enjoy talking to people and also just enjoy their job, which is a good thing. If I had trouble with a drink or something I had them there to help me pick something out. Its personally hard for me to get a good coffee because I like mine a certain way, and with the coffee here, it was a little too strong for my taste but that's just a personal opinion.
