the customer service here is absolutely horrible! I purchased a couch in the middle of July. At the time of purchase we let the man know that we are buying a new couch because our old couches did not fit into the new house as the doors and hallways are narrow and we wanted to buy a sectional. TONY told us it would be no problem at all and his guys would know what to do. They originally had my delivery date for 3 weeks out after I purchased and then that day came and went. Fast forward TWO MONTHS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NO COUCHES! So I call and call and they just kept telling me dates and those dates came and went and came and went. Keep in mind that this entire time I do not have couches inside my house as they did not fit and are now sitting in my garage. So I go in and voice my frustrations and the guy couldn’t care less until I asked for a refund then he was nice enough to offer me loaner couches to be delivered to my house until the actual one I ordered comes in. They delivered the loaner couch BROKEN so they only leave me with half of a sectional since they took the broken piece back to the store and the man who delivered the loaner couches damage the corner of my wall coming in to the house and was told that they would fix the repairs and it would be okay. So now I have these loaner couches for another month before my couches come in. The big anticipated day finally comes And TONY tells us that they are not responsible for damage. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I waited 3 months for couches and they couldn’t even do the right thing after all of that to fix my wall. DO...

I bought a china cabinet for my mom. I saw it in a catalog inside the store and I was told that they have it in stock. When they delivered the item I noticed a defect in every single corner of the cabinet from inside. It was like when they were making it they made a mistake to mark the exact area that suppose to close the door, so it was a disaster!!!!!! When I called and finally could get a hold of TONY, he said oh they supposed to fix it before delivery!!!!!!! Mr. TONY charged me $700 for a defected china cabinet which was $450 and two small leather bar stool which I immediately returned at the time of delivery and never got the refund back because of Covid and store was closed and TONY was not there. Very disappointed. Never ever go there again and recommend YOU to not waiste your time and money...

This place is honestly a scam. I purchased a bed frame and box frame in October. I was told it would be delivered to my apartment within 2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks, and they told me it would be delayed and I should receive it within 2 more weeks. I wait some more and my husband calls only to be told that they still haven't received it and to contact the store owner WHO NEVER SEEMS TO BE AT THE STORE. Another time my husband called the number and the person who answered said they were a driver??? I'm tired of calling and for my issue not to be resolved. At this point I've decided not to call them and went through my bank to dispute the charge. DONT BUY...
