I was disappointed in my wedding bouquet. My main flower was the sunflower. I am not an expert on flower arrangements but felt as you can see in the pictures that my sunflowers were squished within the flower arrangement. My sunflowers were never able to open up their petals. I paid $185.00 for my arrangement and my sisters arrangement was $65.00. As you will see in picture there was not much of a difference. The satin ribbon that was tied around my bouquet looked like the tape I use in the hospital. There was no special wrapping or embellishments for $185.00. I asked to cancel delivery 2 days before the wedding and told Kim I'd pick the flowers up instead and was given a hard time about getting my $55.00 delivery fee back. I don't feel Kim is easy to talk to. She called me about my review on WeddingWire app. And told me she added flowers to my sisters arrangement and that is why the bouquets looks so similar. She didn't tell me this as I picked up the flowers. Honestly I was too busy to talk to her the day before or day of wedding about the pictures she showed me on a text. It's hard to judge too much on a picture. I then asked about the sunflowers not being able to open due to being squished with the arrangement and she just kept telling me that I should have told her I wanted more sunflowers. I didn't want more sunflowers, I just thought they should be arranged in a way that they would have room for the petals to open. My table arrangements were nice but my niece was the one who supplied and decorated the jars. Overall... I am just upset because I felt she came across really knowledgeable but as I got to start working with her I felt she was too busy to actually take the time to hear what I was saying. She has a successful storefront but I wouldn't work with her again. I feel I am just being honest with my review. Maybe other people have a better time working with Kim. My review on WeddingWire is being disputed by Kim. I don't think that's fair. How do you dispute someone's perspective? I didn't feel I got this wonderful $185.00...

I cannot express how comforting this florist is. You receive updates a couple weeks prior and constant communication whenever you need it! Kim and her staff are there for you until the end. What I mean by that is that she supports you until the wedding and then even follows up with you to see how you are doing. I was extremely happy with all of it! Also, the flowers are incredible, personalized, and EXACTLY what I was looking for. About a week and a half prior to my wedding I decided to add one more bridesmaid and this was no problem for Kim! I was able to text her, and she changed everything without a problem! The week of the wedding you receive text updates of EVERYTHING just to double check if you like it. This was amazing because I was able to send my family and bridal party a little sneak preview, and they were so excited. Then the day of the wedding I had three different locations I needed my flowers at, and I had no doubt that everything would get to their places perfectly. I received the bouquets in a travel container, the corsages and boutonnieres in a well-organized box, and a personalized note congratulating me at my house! My ceremony location received their flowers perfectly on time, and my reception received the place centers and other small flowers all in the right locations. It is the things you do not even think of that made everything so smooth! The labeling of the corsages and boutonnieres was a must, and I was so happy about that! Finally, the wedding was incredible, and everyone complemented on how beautiful the flowers were! I felt confident and happy with every little detail. Kim at An English Garden did a fantastic job as our florist from start to finish. My now husband and I had limited previously knowledge about flowers, and Kim went above and beyond to describe beautiful flower options to us that would fit our vision of our wedding day, using photos of each flower type. She was so patient with us, and helped us work within our budget. Using an excel sheet, she itemized how much it would cost for our "dream flowers", and then little by little she helped make cuts that made our flowers fit in our budget without sacrificing our vision. Kim really emphasized that she would not sacrifice the size and quality of the bridal bouquet at all, just to make us happy with the price. That was so considerate of her. Of course on the day I am wearing the most elaborate outfit of my life, I don't want my bouquet to look skimpy! After we booked, Kim emailed me a PDF with pictures of all of the different flowers and greenery that would be in our flowers.

During the week of the wedding, Kim texted me pictures of the bouquets and boutonnieres as she was working on them to ensure I was happy with the final product. Kim offered pick-up, which allowed a nice way to save on delivery charges. I had two family members picking up flowers, and each were taking flowers to 2 different locations. Kim was nice enough to follow my detailed instructions to separate the flowers by location so that everyone was able to receive the correct flowers.
