Horrible customer service at the Darvin warehouse Parts Dept. I called for parts for a dresser drawer. The service tech lost track of my inquiry. I called six weeks later to find out what was the delay. They found the manufacturer price quote in an overlooked email. I paid for the parts over phone with a credit card and the parts were ordered. Approximately 5 weeks later they called to tell me the parts were at the warehouse. When I arrived to pick up the parts, they couldnât find them. Through some backtracking, they discovered the parts were shipped to a previous address I no longer lived at. They apologized for the mixup and had to re order the same parts. Three weeks later I was told the new parts were in the warehouse. Again I went to pick up my parts. When I arrived, they were unable to locate the parts they told me that had arrived. Two hours later with five people looking for them they turned up. Seems someone forgot to log the parts in the computer to assign them a retrieval station. I still had other parts that I was waiting for that were on backorder. Well four weeks later they again called me to inform me the rest of parts had arrived from over seas. So here I sit in the warehouse waiting room with enough time to go online and write this event summary while they search for them.    Read moreI get the delays with Covid, but the monthly lying and deception was enough for us to finally cancel our order. We placed an order in November with the understanding that two pieces were in and the other two would be in later in the month. it was supposed to be two different deliveries. When it was passed our first delivery, I called and was told another month for the first set. I guess it was never really available. I waited until the end of December and was told that the first two were in, but was never called. The manager told me that we were 13th on the list and the other items would be in within 2 weeks. He ask me to hold tight and trust him. I called back after 3 weeks and was told again that it would be another month. So since November I was told many different dates and felt like I was lied to just to finally cancel my order. When I went in to cancel, I was told that all items are in. I didn't believe these comments and had enough. Furniture Liqudators in Mokena received my business and all items were delivered on time. The $10,000 + hand crafted living room set by Klausner has been my all time favorite this entire time although I shop the Clearance section exclusively. I shall purchase, at some time futuristiclly, 5-10 of the Platinum Klausner living room sets for each Master bedroom and all other sitting areas. Darvin also has an excellent bedroom set designed by a genius Female Furniture Designer and I shall have 3-4 of those sets for each bedroom too. I needed a large computer desk to fill a living room space and Darvin Furniture had a gigantic Kate Spade solid pine wood computer desk on Clearance and the right configuration.
