The interior map in Google that looks like it's for the current Floors & Decor is actually for the former Shopko which used to partly occupy that site, G just hasn't corrected it. The actual Floors & Decor doesn't offer really anything indicated on there, their real layout is much more simple and best illustrated on their in-store map, which can be seen in their entranceway.
The Mall itself has seen better days, certainly to parking lot has. The area off behind McDonald's looks like it's been left to return to nature, for example. The Kohls is nice, for what it is; Dollar stores can be convenient too. IDK about counting Dunkin as part of this, it's a bit far off, ne? There used to be a Radio Shack here, its absence arbitrarily removes a star purely on my own bias that more should've been (& continue to be) done to keep RS stores under any circumstances (some live still - look it up, go forth and Consume!). Also it's nearby a Lindy marker, not that I cosign the guy's politics or stuff he put his family through for a laugh, just mentioning it since I don't know of much other acknowledged 'history' about this place, though I'm sure it's been there (geographically) a while. Anyway, support your local businesses, this place seems like it could use some more support so put down your phone (yes, this one)...
Read moreSouth Towne Mall or as I refer to it, Pothole Plaza Mall has recently upped its game with a few fantastic new stores that are sure to excite any shopper. From the arts and crafts store Michaels, 5 Below were nothing is more than $5, and Pet Supplies Plus that offers grooming and all your pet needs. The new additions have brought a fresh vibe to the strip mall. The variety and quality of the stores are impressive, making it a great destination for a shopping spree. However, getting to these awesome stores can be a bit of an adventure. The parking lot is riddled with potholes, making it feel like you’re navigating an obstacle course. It’s not uncommon to see cars dodging craters or drivers carefully maneuvering to avoid a bumpy ride. If you have a lowered car, you might want to proceed with caution! Despite the rough pavement, once you’ve parked, the strip mall offers a pleasant shopping experience. The new stores are well worth the visit. Now…If they could just fix the...
Read morePoor mall customer service experience - My mother lost her phone there last week and only found out because the kind individual who found it called my mothers bf and informed him she’d taken it to security! We didn’t know wheeler to find my mom and her apartment can only be accessed by us via her phone app so we went to retrieve her phone before the mall closed! Our experience wasn’t poor because we couldn’t retrieve the phone without her present, but it was because I have had no worse customer service experience in Utah! I could’ve gone without the security guard treating us like certain criminals instead of patrons looking for their mothers phone! We ended up finally finding my mom; who thought her phone was stolen at Target and drover her to the mall to get the phone! Please improve this experience for...
