Wild Bill's Tobacco — Attraction in Monroe Charter Township

Worst store I've ever been to. Went in on 7/20 and purchased a battery for my vape. Got the one that was $13.99. Had it for 6 days and it would only keep charge for 1 hour. Was told when I purchased it, if I had ANY issues with it, to bring it back. Went to go exchange it today (or get my money back, even had my receipt), and was RUDELY told that it wasn't a manufacturing issue. The first 5 days, it kept a full battery for atleast half the day! The girl working today had dark hair and spoke very quietly. She had to go ask who I'm assuming was the manager, WHO WAS SITTING DOWN TALKING TO ANOTHER WORKER, for me to just get told she can't help me. What a waste of $$$$$$. Will NEVER step foot into that...

Well decided to stop by this location after being a frequent visitor from out of town at their other spot on Telegraph rd. My boy Zach who worked at the other location before was working so needed to show him some love. I really like the open feel of this location and how simple it makes it to find everything. I avoided going in here for the longest time just bc i dont like going into new stores. I wish i wouldve went in a long time ago. Their prices are PHENOMENAL! And the customer service is AMAZING!
