Let me start by saying i have never in my life left a google review Was just in there to purchase a pair of boots when i walked past the clearance boots the sign said onother $10 off clearance price so im thinking good deal. I walked to a person near by and asked where the restroom was so my 5yr old didnt have an accident the kind lady told me. She then proceeds to tell me that the boots i have in my hand are an extra $10 off awsome so i proceed to the restroom and then to the checkout the lady rings them up says there $100 i said ok the lady back there told me there an extra $10 off and there was a sign on the table she said too me well that takes an overide and she is busy talking so do you want to pay the $100 like asking for an override was going to kill her i said nope i dont want them i purchased the two things in my hand and i wont go back in there its not the $10 dollers its the fact it was posted and was told verbally by what looked to be a manger thanks for nothing...

Lauren or Laura can't remember but she was awesome she was very informative she told us so much about the chicks we bought. She told us everything to purchase for them to be healthy chicks. Customer service was awesome rare in these days. The older lady cashier was nice. We left out the store my husband gave me the receipt i notice the chicks was rung up at the wrong price. I came right back in never left the parking lot. I stood in line the young guy was standing at the other register he seen me standing there for a minute didn't ask could he help me until he seen another customs come behind me. I let him know the chicks were rung up wrong he calls mgr. He tell the mgr. I assumed the chicks were cheaper i didn't assume anything he didn't listen. He was told to give me the difference. I am very impressed with Flat Rock's Family Farm & Home! I've mostly shopped at the Tractor Supply stores, but I will be shopping at Family Farm & Home from now on! They were the only place I could find all three of my mower blades in one pack. Every other store is now making you by the two blades of the same size in one pack and the shorter blade is sold separately. The blades are less expensive and they have a great selection! I also bought some "Rocker" chairs and my friend told me he paid much more for his elsewhere, so he went there and bought two more. He is now an avid customer of Family Farm & Home, especially since he owns a farm. The customer service is outstanding too! Thank you Family Farm & Home for making Flat Rock, MI...
