Taco Bell — Restaurant in Monroe

We absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Taco Bell! Although, we definitely don't like how much the prices are going up! We realize that costs are high all over right now, but we absolutely miss all the time's we'd get everything we wanted for around $25 total, for 2 people, who ordered several item's each, and even still had leftovers for the next day. This was definitely our high school / after party / middle of the night/ cheap cost restaurant.... not anymore! 😯

The last time we went (just a couple day's ago) it was over $30 dollars!!! All we got was a grilled cheese double steak burrito ($9.00, because I added rice, sour cream & guacamole!!!!) 4 enchirito's (with added sour cream) and 2 large frozen drinks.... 😵‍💫

(BTW, they didn't even add the sour cream on the enchirito's OR the guacamole on the burrito, despite charging us of them... then when we drove all the way back (after getting all the way to where we were going, totally wasting our gas/time), they gave us side cups of them... cuz, that's how we wanted to eat them, dipping in a cup or smearing the stuff on the outside of the food) ... 🙄 sighs

We could have eaten at an actual sit down Mexican restaurant, having much more food, plus delicious chips & salsa, for probably the same if not a lower price! Talk about feeling absolutely ripped off! 😖

I'm glad the food tasted good at least, but with these prices... we won't be eating Taco Bell much anymore, sadly. Also, it's now like $5 for a Mexican pizza, which used to be around $2 - $3 dollar's... come on!!! 🙄

We used to get sooo much food for under $25, and now just 5 item's and 2 drinks costs...

Went in, ordered at the kiosk (was a $7 order, nothing major) and waited 45+ minutes before finally got fed up and just left (thankfully was “waiting” to pay for food with cash). Not even sure if my order went thru and the idiots in back, who saw me waiting there even after walking up and standing by the counter, wouldn’t address or help me.

I wasn’t the only person that ended up waiting a LONG period of time OR to flat out just leave without getting helped. A Doordasher was waiting there for about 30mins before they FINALLY got his order ready (they realized they forgot to set his drinks with the order AFTER he left). There was a lady that also ended up leaving after an extended period of time of waiting only for them to call her name 30mins after she left (I remember because she was asking about her order).

Only good thing to have come out of this was that I managed to save a couple of people’s time when they came in after everyone else left and asked how long I’ve been waiting for only to turn around and leave as well. if i could give zero stars i would, my friend wanted taco bell (for some crazy unknown reason because no matter what this location is ALWAYS horrible) and she placed an online order before we even about 20/30 minutes before we even entered the parking lot. we always expect a line with this location because that’s regular but when i say that this drive thru line did not move for a whole hour straight i mean it nobody over the drive thru or nothin. so my friend goes inside to try and get her order and they’re ignoring everyone inside the store as well as the drive thru so our frustration is growing more and more. as soon as we left the drive thru line (as well as the others who waited anywhere from 30 mins to an hour plus waiting) they then decide to start taking drive thru orders yet are still not responding to anyone in the lobby. i don’t know what’s wrong with the way this location is ran but it should’ve been shut down LONG before or be run by completely new management and staff because it is embarrassing to the brand of taco bell that this establishment is able to get away with such lazy and...
