NO THANKS TO CHEYENNE, LEANDRIA MADE IT HAPPEN!!!
I was 2 minutes from calling Corporate on a lady in the print department by the name of âCheyenneâ. I ordered a yard sign online Sunday morning at 9am for âsame day pick upâ upon checkout the pick up time was 4pm. Which was great because I needed it for 5pm. I arrived at the store around 2:50pm, Cheyenne was working with a customer. When she finished with that customer she started waiting another. She looked at me and ask did I need some help. I said âyes, I need to pick up a yard sign I ordered onlineâ. She ask me when did I order it. I told her. She said âoh itâs not ready, we wait on the customers in-store first then we take care of the online ordersâ. I said âI selected the same day pick up service and received a 4pm pick up time.â She looked at the computer clock and said âbut itâs just 3:10pmâ. Then she proceeded to work with the next customer. Around 3:20pm she called the cashier name, Leandria to come over and help me. The young lady wasnât sure how to run the print machine because she was getting assistance from someone over the phone. As the time passed she said to Cheyenne âyou know that you are wrong you were suppose to complete the online orders first. Then she walked away to go get some help from someone else. A few minutes later she returned with a guy and they proceeded to get my yard sign completed. Leandria informed me that they were going to do a double sided sign instead of a single sided sign (which is what I paid for online) since the first sign wasnât to their satisfaction.    Read moreWalked in and found my needed items right away. Had no interaction with employees until checkout but interaction was not needed. Signage led me right to the items I needed. Checkout was a bit of a challenge to the young employee because I wrote a check. It was the first time for him to have a customer who paid by check and was unfamiliar with where to locate check number, routing number and account number. I had to smile because I sometimes forget just how young today's employees are. Overall, I like to shop at this location because inventory is usually kept in order, making it easy to maneuver.    Read moreTonight I went and bought HP ink there. I took it back to office and installed it. My printer said the cartridge was damaged and no good. This is the 3rd time this has happened out of 6 times Iâve bought it at Office Depot. Iâve bought same ink at Walmart 30 times and never had it happen.
