Delta Biscuit Company has a variety of breakfast offerings. I was here for the Eggs Benedict, which they have a variety of them. My wife and I went here so I could try their classic version of "Bennys" . My review is only of the Benedicts, nothing else. The staff was polite and helpful. Devynn was our waitress, took good care of us and was a delight. With that in mind, I will let you know that have a "top ten" list for Benedicts. After our visit I could not rate these "Bennys" in my top 10. #1 being the best and #10 not as good. Now with that said that doesn't mean that they were not good. Other things brought down the stars. My rating is based on 3 weights : 70% = taste 20% = presentation 10% = price
#1 - taste: they DON'T use an English muffin, they use one of their biscuits. ( which are very good ) They DO use thick pieces of flavorful hand carved ham, they put scallions on top. The poached eggs were supposed to be easy but were medium. The Hollandaise sauce was flavorful and would have added more to the taste if there would have been more of It. It comes with a side of greens, which I find not pleasing at all. I asked for a side of hash browns. They were cooked in "duck fat" and a small portion. All of this brought the review down to 3 stars. #2 -presentation : It looked OK. #3-price: $14.00 is the most I have ever paid for Eggs Benedict. Duck fat hash browns were $5.00, (most Benedicts in this price range comes with hash browns.) Coffee for $3 a cup is pushing it. My wife had a biscuit and gravy breakfast (she said it was very good ) I also tried their B & G (which was very good) Now with all that said, negative and positive, I felt like I would talk to a person that appeared to be in charge. It turns out that he was the owner. He was very personable and willing to listen to what I had to say, (negative and positive).
With a lower price and more hollandaise sauce on it and with hash browns this could have moved it into my top 10 and raised the...

I had the most delightful brunch experience at this restaurant, where everything from the food to the service was exceptional. Our server, Tom, was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had a memorable time from start to finish.
We started our brunch with some fantastic choices. The hot Carmel macchiato coffee was rich and smooth, topped with whipped cream and caramel—just the right pick-me-up! The biscuits were perfectly fluffy and served with homemade whipped cane butter, making for a comforting start. We also enjoyed refreshing mimosas and deviled eggs, which were creatively plated and bursting with flavor. The deviled eggs were a hit, with a perfect balance of creaminess and a touch of paprika.
For our entrées, we had an amazing variety. The Nola Bowl was outstanding, offering the best of both worlds with half duck fat hashbrowns and half creamy grits, topped with perfectly seasoned shrimp and a fried egg—an explosion of flavors and textures in every bite! The Lafourche Omelet was fluffy and packed with savory ingredients that blended together seamlessly.
Another standout was the Chicken and Waffles—a classic done right, with crispy, tender chicken paired with light, golden waffles. The sweet syrup and savory chicken combination was pure perfection. Lastly, the Chicken Fried Steak was a comforting, Southern staple, cooked to perfection with a delicious crispy coating and smothered in a rich, creamy gravy.
Overall, the food was fantastic, the atmosphere cozy yet lively, and the service from Tom was impeccable. Whether you’re coming for a relaxed brunch or a special occasion, this spot is...
Read morewent here recently with my father, and while the local is beautiful and the food is pretty good, i didn't particularly enjoy the way we were received(keep in mind me and my father are hispanic). me and my father had walked in and said we have 2 people in our party and told it was 10 minutes, no big deal it was pretty busy and some tables were still dirty so we didnt mind. what we did mind as we were waiting was the other two tables that walked in after us with the same amount of people that had gotten sat before we did. two parties both with two people, they were offered a table or a booth or a seat at the bar, which we were not offered at all. and even after they sat them down there was another man there waiting to be seated even before we had gotten there with four people in his party and there was now plenty of tables and booths for him to be sat in. and we were even sat even before he was which made me and my father feel kinda bad for him. But anyway, when we were sat, our waiter came over to us. She didn’t really bother introducing herself which i dont mind, and she asked us for our drinks. after we got our drinks a table of two men sat behind us and she quickly came over to them and cheerfully introduced herself and even made small talk with the two gentlemen which i found odd, why was she suddenly so talkative to the gentlemen behind us when she didnt even bother introducing herself to us? Nonetheless, food was pretty good but small portions for a little steep of a price, but i probably will not come here again due to this...
