I’ve been here about 4 times now since getting my lashes done at my previous job (doing lash extensions) I did not say I do them to anyone because I didn’t want to seem like competition because I work in Charlotte & am not. I live in Monroe right near here and decided to just go somewhere by my house. First time was fine. Overtime they got messier and messier and crooked and clumped. I expressed after both my last two visits that they didn’t look even or right. They were all going different directions and it was uncomfortable and actually hurt. She said “your natural lashes grow in all different directions naturally” which is false. She said it was the previous persons work causing issues not theirs which again is false because it didn’t become an issue until i came to them. She also said “it’s because we use handmade fans not premade” again, being a lash artist I know what those each are and either way they shouldn’t be clumped or crooked & especially not uncomfortable. I’ve always had my lashes done and will now probably be getting them removed because they’re so uncomfortable. My inner corner basically had a flower shape of lashes poking my eye and flaring around. I saw that before I left and said something and she seemed irritated with me for mentioning it and said she’d just cut the long piece down with her scissors (instead of actually fixing the lashes). It also seems like she’s always rushing to be done and is not gentle at all. Anyways, I’ve gotten my lashes done for about 2 years now and went to them for volumes and this is the result. I tried to keep giving it a chance due to convenience but I think they’re ultimately ruining my natural lashes. They’re falling out in clumps or when I try to brush them or clean them they’re so glued together they rip my natural lashes with them. Maybe they do classics better but I do not recommend for volumes. My eye has been swollen for 20 minutes now and I will have to find somewhere to get a removal with chunks of my natural lashes gone now.
——Since it won’t allow me to reply to you guys response. I am NOT a competitor or I would not of came to you for my lashes which is why I did not say anything. I do not advertise or work in Monroe or “work for” any other buisness. I now have my own suite and do hair part time. This is what i mean. Also you did NOT advise anything about a problem with a foreign fill in. I specifically said my lashes were previously done somewhere else. I never said you guys did my fullset and you know that so you’re literally lying and contradicting yourself saying I said I did then said I didn’t? You never argued filling in someone else’s work. You’re lying on a review because you destroyed someone lashes and don’t wanna take the blame. YOU disregarded MY concerns as a paying client that the work was clumped together. You didn’t know I did lashes until I previously stated it lol. “You do in fact work for a competitor of ours” who? Because I do them myself so you’re making up BS again to justify ruining someone’s lashes....
Read moreMy wife came here on Thursday April, 28 to get her eyelashes done. The first time they did her eyelashes, they put 90% of them on the corner of her eye. I told her to go back and have them fixed. She went back on Friday to have them fixed. By Sunday, half of her eyelashes had fell out. By Wednesday if the next week she barely had any left. This picture was taken 8 days after her install ($135 cost). She literally has 4 eyelashes left on her left eye and 8 on her right eye. I called up to business, First Lady barely spoke English, Second Lady said they would charge $65 for a fill in and that she was already scheduled to have a fill in on May 8. How are you supposed to fill in something when there’s nothing left? I told her to cancel the appointment. The lady was getting frustrated on the phone and said the reason that her eyelashes fell out is because my wife didn’t take good care of them (bold to assume because my wife has had eyelashes for years, did not even get these wet.) This isn’t the only instance. Shes been there 2 other times to get her eyelashes done and the same thing happened but she thought it was because a new person was doing them. Anyways, she won’t be going back to get her eyelashes done here. She may go back for eyebrow threading (which they are admittedly good at)...
Read moreI have been coming to this amazing brow team for idk how long. 10 years or more?! Whenever they opened, in Monroe, is when I started going, so I honestly cannot tell you exactly how long I have been a loyal customer! I trust nobody else with my brows!!! Even if I get a different technician, my brows still look beautiful, and exactly identical to how they looked the last time. I am about to try out their lash extension services they have offered for a long time, and I couldn’t be more excited. I believe their prices are great and competitive! Also, I have noticed they sometimes run amazing promos to help save $$ for their customers! I am eager to try the new location at Arboretum Shopping Center, as I shop over there for Sephora, and I frequent that area a lot. So it’s super convenient they opened up over there as well. I couldn’t recommend this beautiful salon enough, nor could I praise how friendly, kind, and just amazing the staff is. Go here! You will not regret it. Thank you ladies for all your talented work on my brows! I am a MUA so I am picky with my brows, and like I said, I don’t trust any salon but YOUR salon...
