My husband and I have been going to the pizza hut in front of the mall for years. I have never had the kind of service we received tonight. First off we watched everyone walk around and cut up and laughing while we waited to have our order taken. Then when we finally got our drinks we placed our order that we have placed everytime we come here. Medium pizza 8 boneless hot wing 4 hot 4 naked with mild sauce on the side. Well all of a sudden she come back out and said that they could not split a 8 pc like that, we both said we order this all the time as a matter of fact we did last weekend. She started arguing with us that that wasn't true and that they have never done split wing orders. So we went ahead and ordered another eight just to get our meal. Then she bring out my wings with the wrong sauce and I did accidentally said med when I meant mild. I was trying to correct my statement she then said she was getting her manager. We finally had enough and the manager did not come out to even talk to us, he wasn't much of a manager because if he was then he would have said something about her attitude and the way she spoke to us. She just kept running her mouth about us and said she did nothing wrong. What happened to the customer is always right? We are too old to be putting up with such disrespect from a punk teenage girl who acted like we were an inconvenience to her by even coming into the restaurant. Thus is the worst service I have ever received and I will be calling corporate and telling them exactly how I feel about this situation and how the puss of a manager could not ever take time from his strolling around to even come over and talk to us. Read morePizza Hut agents have no respect for Pizza Hut or it's customers. I know they don't eat from here or they take all the toppings home for themselves. I placed an order for two supreme pizzas with extra cheese. They rung it up as two cheese pizzas. The receipt was folded and given back to me. I picked it up in the drive thru and assuming it was correct. I purchased the promotional pizza combos. I get home with two cheese pizza looking like a ton of cheese toast. They gave me what they wanted me to have. I paif for this order. I know the pizza I like. My order was intentionally done wrong. It was handled like it was a common occurrence at this location. Jose made no effort to give me the food I ordered. Instead requested the food that had left the establishment. It was disturbing. Nothing, was done to make this better. A refund is supposed to be processed. I didn't trust him with my cc. No professionalism was displayed by the person who took the order from the moment I placed the order. This is very disturbing to me because my family had placed another order and I question if it was filled as requested. Again this all happen like it's their favorite joke to play on the customer in the drive-thru. They wasted my time, energy, and money.
This Franchise also needs to speak to cleanliness and personal hygiene among the employees. Even from the drive-thru cleanliness and personal hygiene look questionable. This is not a good look after a semi-post-Covid pandemic.

Read moreWe order from this Pizza Hut location almost every week. We have always had good service and good pizza. Tonight it went sideways. I placed our order online at 6:34 and given an estimated delivery time of 7:04.
After the pizza didn’t arrive by 7:35, I called for an update. The person on the phone checked the order and said it went out at 7:01 and should arrive any minute. We waited another 15 minutes and called again. This time the same person answered and told us the pizza was never taken out, but left in the warmer.
They asked if we wanted a fresh pizza. We asked for a fresh pizza and were told it would be approximately 30 more minutes. I asked if there would be a discount for the long amount of time. The person said I would get the original pizza and the new one. I responded I didn’t want two pizzas and have to wait another 30 minutes.
The person straight up hung up on me. Thank you for all the good pizzas, Pizza Hut. Despite doing nothing wrong (no yelling or rude behavior) and getting hung up on, we have ordered our final Pizza Hut pizza.
